Called Platinum over what we thought was a clog, discovered the original plumbing installers only used zip ties to hold my plumbing up, which after 3 years, gave out. Had to replumb the entire main lines due to original installers mistakes. Platinum was quick, affordable, and transparent with getting the plumbing squared away. Between the 2 plumbers and the manager, some of the nicest people you’d ever talk to. I’m normally not one to be loyal to any company, but I will be returning back to Platinum with any future plumbing concerns for sure.

Updated our HVAC system, new furnace, A/C and gas power vent hot water heater. Good price, great installation! Every technician we have had has been top notch! Thank you Platinum.

We called Platinum on their emergency line and Will was here in less than a half hour. He took the time to find the issue and even speak with our electrician to problem solve the power not getting to our outside unit. I will request Will to do all our equipment servicing on both our properties going forward. He was amazing and extremely wonderful to work with. Recently had a furnace installed by these folks, could not be happier. The crew were articulate efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. The helped to lift down, then rehang an quite heavy antique clock for me. They were attentive and kind to us octogenarians to the point of embarrassment.

Was doing some straightening up last Friday and noticed water in the basin under my water heater. I placed a call, spoke to Brandi, who allowed me to ask some baseline questions and promptly had someone in route to my home. I was notified of David's eta. Upon his arrival, we discussed my water and breaker settings. He explained to me what he was about to do and began to get that water out. Right from the basin and water heater into my sump pump. Absolutely no mess. Meanwhile, Will arrived with the new water heater. I didn't even hear him bringing it in. Quick work. Seamless replacement. Explained to me the configuration/set up and took out the old tank. While here, they also help me identify that I had the wrong battery type in my outdoor thermostat that was causing an improper reading. My fault. They moved my furniture back and left not a footprint. Reliable, thorough work. Thank you Platinum Plumbing!

Had them out for a tune up and inspection of our gas boiler. David was very courteous and went above and beyond to clean out the venting pipe which was filled with two five gallon bucket's worth of terracotta and mortar debris from our unlined chimney. Being new homeowners of a 125 year old home the membership makes a lot of sense for us and is a great deal considering it includes the annual tune up and discounts on services.

Will from Platinum was fantastic! He came out to repair our mini split system and was incredibly thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked us through the repairs, and got everything up and running again. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and really knows his stuff. Will Morrison came and cleaned the our mini split wall unit, and he went over all that he had done and explained the best operating process for the unit. Highly recommend platinum heating and plumbing, they installed the unit and have done all .maintenance and we are extremely pleased with their services

Blower motor was failing and generated a strong burning electrical smell. Will diagnosed the problem and his colleague delivered the replacement motor just before closing. It would have been a cold weekend if they hadn’t pulled this off.

Sanitary Sewer backing up into your house is the worst!!! I called Platinum and a Technician was dispatched immediately. Mike and his helper arrived in less than one hour. They determined the sewer line was partially blocked at the street connection. The blockage was cleared and everything improved immediately.

The team from Platinum Plumbing were great. They respected my home , did a great job and completed my furnace annual maintenance in a timely manner. They will be back in the spring for my AC maintenance. I recommend.

I hired their services for gas leak detection, which they did a great job finding. But make sure to ask for the entire cost of the leak detection beforehand because on the call, they told me it would be just $99, but after they were done, I was charged $350. So be careful with their pricing information. It is deceiving.

I used Platinum plumbing for a water heater issue. The technician Jacob was awesome. He explained what he was going to fix and and what the issue was. He kept me informed the entire way and he did awesome work and is an awesome person. It was so nice just to have a regular conversation with him. He's a family man and that's how I think of Platinum in whole as a company. That's why I love platinum, awesome people with awesome results. 5 Years ago I had a back up battery sump pump and lines put in. Keith was awesome as well and the unit is till working great. Strongest recommendation for Platinum.
