Trust them.

I have to deal with Premier every winter because our furnace quits working. This is by far the BEST experience I’ve had with them. The technicians are always amazing but the woman that answers the service calls is always rude and not helpful. Makes you aware she’s annoyed with you and you are an inconvenience to her. The gentleman that answered my call today was so nice and helpful and I already have someone on their way. After 7 years I can finally leave a positive review.

Cedric, technician with Premier, is excellent! He is very professional, knowledgeable, nice, respectful, patient, and truly cares. He explains what he is doing in terms that you understand and answers all your questions and won’t leave until the furnace or AC unit is fixed properly. Premier Heating has a very valuable employee with Cedric. I hope they pay him well because he deserves it. Always request Cedric when you need a tech from Premier.
P.S. Cedric did not ask me to post this and I did not tell him that I was posting this review. I also called Premier Heating to let them know how happy my husband and I are with Cedric. And again, he does not know that we called Premier nor did he ask us to call them.

Premier was the HVAC contractor on a brand new home and we have had nothing but problems. They have been out so many times with different techs, none of which seems to have any suggestions to actually fix the issue other than we need a bigger system despite the ductwork they installed mot being able to support a larger system any better. I have had 3 different companies come since who have all scratched their heads at how the ductwork was run for flow throughout the home and basically told us the job was done extremely poorly and few, costly options to improve but not solve the issue. A three year old home that costs more to heat and cool than our prior, 50+ year old home. Buyer beware if using Premier to install anything new in your home or expecting them to fix or service anything they already installed.
