He cleaned my fireplace thoroughly and food a detailed inspection, giving me peace of mind that everything is safe and in top condition. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the respect they showed for my home. He left evening spotless when he finished. Anthony and The Flue Fighters were one of our first calls after purchasing a new home with a fireplace. Anthony went above and beyond and explained our fireplace to novice fireplace owners to really give us some peace of mind. The chimney sweeping reduced the smell in our living room which is exactly what we were hoping for! Scheduling and communication were easy and made this experience a win for all. I will definitely be calling again!
Premier was the HVAC contractor on a brand new home and we have had nothing but problems. They have been out so many times with different techs, none of which seems to have any suggestions to actually fix the issue other than we need a bigger system despite the ductwork they installed mot being able to support a larger system any better. I have had 3 different companies come since who have all scratched their heads at how the ductwork was run for flow throughout the home and basically told us the job was done extremely poorly and few, costly options to improve but not solve the issue. A three year old home that costs more to heat and cool than our prior, 50+ year old home. Buyer beware if using Premier to install anything new in your home or expecting them to fix or service anything they already installed.
