    Very good experience! John, the technician, showed up promptly and was very pleasant. He replaced the water panel, reset the humidity gauge and was finished in about 15 minutes. I was very happy with Bolster-DeHart!!

    Austin was very professional and knowledgeable. When I told him that my husband handled everything before he passed, he expressed his sympathy. After checking the system, he explained everything to me—what was working properly and what wasn’t. He showed me the parts that should be replaced and why. Even if my husband was living, I think Austin would have done the same with him. While waiting to make sure the air conditioner was running properly, Austin called the office to find out what discounts applied to the type of plan I had. Not only was Austin professional, but very pleasant and friendly to talk to.

    I’m uncertain how this company has a five star rating. I initially called on 11-25 to schedule an appointment for someone to inspect a few issues at my home. The appointment was set for 11-29. However, 11-29 came and went with no one showing up. When I called to follow up, I was told the appointment had been scheduled for 12-6 instead. I decided to wait until 12-6, but once again, no one showed up. When I called, the representative informed me that the technician scheduled for that day had called in sick, and the appointment was scheduled for Monday, 12-9. Today, 12-9, the company contacted me to reschedule yet again. This process has been extremely frustrating and a waste of time. I could’ve sought assistance from another company from the start. While they might provide good service when they do show up, my experience with their scheduling and communication has been very disappointing.

    A really nice company to deal with, and my service tech was great. Called when they were on the way, as promised. The only criticism was the cost of a new, very basic thermostat and installation $400+.
