Got name from Weil-McLain site "find a contractor", called for non -emergency boiler check up for my mom. They responded immediately, scheduled it for following day. Paul came out, very impressive in his attention to detail and showed me the parts that had corroded over time (and lack of maintenance). He took detailed pictures for us so family not there could be in loop on decisions on path forward. He offered to use shoe covers, was great to deal with and reasonable price for a check up, cleaned it up best he could, and even came back in to check if we had carbon monoxide monitors (we did). i had read the reviews before I called them and agree with every positive comment, they get 2 thumbs up, very knowlegable staff.

Super quick response. Was able to come out same day. Thoroughly reviewed my furnace, even after finding a clear issue, made sure there were no other issues. My tech was Aaron and he was very patient with me, answered a ton of questions and gave me some maintenance tips. Overall great experience.

I couldn’t be happier with the service that Max Smith- but particularly our technician Paul provided. We had a bad experience with a non reputable duct cleaning company- and woke up the next day to our furnace not working. I called Max Smith- and they quickly sent Paul to our home. Within seconds he identified all of the errors of the previous company- did a complete check of the system to ensure that it was working properly- and even taught me the basics of HVAC - and what to look for if the furnace isn’t working- along the way- I was never more impressed with a technician- Paul was very thorough. I highly recommend this company- and I will be a lifelong customer for sure.
