Scheduling a checkup of our boiler with Climate Systems was a no hassle, pleasant experience. Every step was handled professionally, from scheduling with Samantha to Brett performing the service. Prompt, informative, knowledgeable and efficient are words that easily describe the work. We appreciated explanations given to us about each procedure executed and how it played a role with the performance of our system. A wonderful company to work with.

I have used Climate Systems for years and have always been happy with the service. The techs are excellent. However, the new furnace I just had installed in a small cottage (Carrier with Ecobee thermostat) will not heat this small area to the set temperature in less than 5 hours in colder weather. It was explained to me this was due to new government regulations on energy usage. I will probably opt for a different brand of furnace in the future because I really don't buy this explanation based on the research I have done. I am in jeopardy of losing my tenant at this point.

As usual, my experience with Climate Systems was awesome. Every worker who comes explains everything to me as the work is being done. I appreciate the workers at Climate Systems.
