We got them through HSA. Stephen came to the appointment on time and made a diagnosis. He said he would send his report to HSA the next morning. So far so good. However, it took several days before HSA received his report. He gave a quote for the reparation of our AC unit which was almost as much as buying a brand new one (YES, I've got a quote from someone else). I've called him numerous times and left messages, not to mention texting him. Still waiting for his response. Terrible experience!!!!

Steve was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond to fix everything, and even took the time to explain every thing to us instead of giving us a short idealized list of things, he didn’t have to do this, but we’ve had a leak with the water line in the basement. neither of us knowing absolutely nothing ab water leaks and how to address them, he took a look and tightened a bolt the water company didn’t tighten in assuming, and the leak stopped. He was able to hold friendly conversation, and kept us the loop about everything. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, but we had no issues with him or the establishment! Thank you again!

Very unprofessional company.... Steve call my wife in a text message intitled because she called him out on why they never showed up. Our home warranty company recommended steve so we set up a day for him to come out and well they never came, they said they will be out between 8am to 8pm on Friday well you guessed it they never showed up. Saturday Steve said will be out and again no show, Sunday we told our home warranty Rep to get a different company because of the 2 no shows then Steve starts texting my wife asking why he can't come fix our a.c. unit.... Well Steve how many no shows should we give you for us to finally say enough is enough? Your 1.7 rating speaks volumes about your business, me and my intitled wife will take our business elsewhere. To whom ever reads this please don't let out bad experience deture you from using SE just read the reviews others have posted.
