Very pleased with our experience with Pelles.
My house was getting an exorbitant amount of dust on appliances in the kitchen, surfaces and even the walls. I would change the furnace filters frequently, removed and cleaned out the vents (& returns) 2x per year, and have had the ductwork cleaned professionally multiple times in the last 6+ years. Mike came to the house, explained about negative pressure (which I verified online and with other HVAC businesses), and suggested a thicker, 4" filter. He also told us that our 25 year old furnaces were on their last legs.
He gave me a reasonable price on two very nice furnaces to replace the ones I have, and detailed the work he suggested. After agreeing on the estimate, he came the following week, with two other gentlemen, worked in the attic, sealed all of the vents, and installed the new furnaces; all in 2 days. The house was only without heat for a couple hours in the afternoon.
Mike was very thorough, polite, and up front about everything. I had a small concern when I reviewed the furnaces in the evening, after they were finished. I called the next morning and Austin (one of the two that accompanied Mike) came within a few hours to address my concern.
The air in my house seems fresh now. I don't have any pull-back when I close the door to my garage. I have a feeling these new furnaces will last for 25 years into the future. If I ever have an issue, they will be the first business I call.

They advertise that they have a good stock of parts on the truck. That was not the case. Tech said he would clean the outside unit to get it cooling again for us to be comfortable for the evening until he could get back out with the parts he needed. He didn’t clean it and left. Tried calling after hours to see if we could get some help and no one returned our calls until 9 am the next morning. When they finally called they said the tech couldn’t come back out because of the weather and they couldn’t come back out for 4 days. Wasn’t even raining and didn’t until 6 hrs later. Service call was supposed to be $100 but they charged us $200 because we have 2 units but they only worked on 1. If you can even call it work because nothing got done. If I could give 0 stars I would.
