I was impressed both with the attitude and work the Kennihan employees did. They did their job and went beyond when they took 2 of my room air conditioners out. I never could have done that myself. Greg, Collin and the other Kennihan employees always called and came when they said they would. They accommodated my work schedule so they could explain what they did and what work was left to do. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future for any work I needed done.

I own 2 businesses that service homes, and we don't charge $300 to show up and just call the customer service number on the hot water tank. If youre going to charge for "sending qualified professionals" send professionals. I did not get a professional, he had no clue what he was doing. I watched him fiddle on Google for 15 minutes before he called customer service, who told him just clean an exhaust tube on my water tank. The qualified professional, after being directed by someone at customer service, who actually knew what they were doing, cleaned out a drain with his finger. This cost me $300. I've got quotes from them before, and gone other routes because they tried to bullshit me and upsell and this guy did the same thing. "Shucks this is old, better replace the whole system." They've done this twice now, with my water heater and with my putting in a boost pump at an insane price (over 5 times what I did it for) Even the cost of parts on my own was WAY cheaper than they quoted, and its created a major loss of confidence. Before you reply with an empty apology, none of this was an accident, and I dont suspect youre going to refund me, so any apology is just lip service and I dont need it.i called you because you did the original work in this home, youre not doing anymore of it.
Furnace quit working late last night called kennihans they were here within a couple hours cleaned furnace changed parts and got it running Ryan was very knowledgeable and friendly got it up and running thank you so much for your service
I had called and told them what the problem already was because I had a plumber here prior and then when the gentleman arrived I also told them the problem as well Originally I was told it would be almost 200 for a Diagnostics then they hired me sign some form that guaranteed for 30 days their snake their snake did not fix any problem. They proceeded to pull out more fancy equipment just to not fix anything and still charged me Almost 600 they charged me almost $600 to pull out a bunch of fancy equipment and fixed nothing in the end they told me exactly what I had already told them two separate times….. Needless to say, I’m not impressed would not suggest Also was told I would be called the following week on Monday or so and never got a call about what further steps to take kind of feeling like they took my money and didn’t even follow up to help.
