    I ask him for a price on a heat inducer motor cause I thought at Johnstone and RE Michel both had higher prices it was for an older furnace so I thought perhaps he might have a better price if he had it in stock he basically called me a liar and told me that the Internet is the blame for why he can help me I think it's because he don't know how to do business he was very rude thank you!

    My a/c completely broke. They came in and told me everything that was wrong with how my system is set up. I also got a second opinion and they also shared the same information to me. However cranberry heating and cooling worked with me to lower the price by thinking outside the box and implementing a different solution that saved me over 2000 dollars. Very good work and very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help me and work around some issues. They followed up and extremely professional. I would call them and recommend them in a heartbeat.

    Very knowledgeable and prompt and detailed response. They provided top notch service and their cost were also very reasonable. They worked with our home owners warranty company to help save us the most money in this transaction and pushed our best interest in fixing/replacing our AC unit. Working with the home warenty company was no small accomplishment since they invested their own time and effort to ensure what was in our best interest as the customer. Even the home warenty company service representatives admitted to being impressed with their attention to detail. We will definatly call again when the need arises & highly recommend!

    Was not happy with this company. We have 2 air units and the house was not getting cool. We asked them to check the second unit and change air filter and they said since they in emergency situation we would have to schedule another appointment for that. We had a second company come out and they said the second air unit needed a filter and it was blocking the air flow along with a leak in the attic causing the air unit not to work. If they would have taken the time to listen to our request we wouldn't of had to call a second company out 2 days later to fix the problem. It would not have taken long to change out the filter. The second company told me they probably didnt have the correct filter size on truck and that is why they didnt want to change it.

    Tom came out to our house on last minute notice with our AC out during this heatwave. Tom is a genuine man and helped us out, and even called us the day after to ensure everything was working properly. Many small biz HVAC companies today are owned by private equity, not Tom. Fair price for a problem solved. That's what you want. Thanks Tom
