    Very cordial and professional! Efficient and done in a matter of four hours. I called at 11 AM and the job was done by 4 PM. I run a 24 hour fitness facility and was caught in a bind but with this local business that were able to fix the problem in hours. It's good to know that I have a local business who can help me out with short notice. Wish I would have used them in the past. Lesson learned. Great service on the phone and in person.     I highly recommend this company. I cant think of anything negative. When I made the appointment the phone service was outstanding. It was very easy to get a same day appointment. The service call was the same. He was very knowledgeable and everything was explained to me. It was nice to deal with honestly. I was given several options to fix the problem with no pressure to make a decision on the spot. You can tell that they take pride in what they do and their top priority is helping the customer.

    He installed the wrong heat pump in my system and not only destroyed the new pump but also the furnace. I have to replace everything. He never returned my phone calls but continues to send a bill for $825 to replace a part that was still under warranty. With a bit og research I find out that the warranty is void because he installed a heat pump filled with R410A to our R22 furnace. We discuss in length with him prior to the installation that we wanted a heat pump that was able to be filled with the R22 prior to installation. No excuse for this type of incompetence. I will be fighting for some compensation from him for the equipment that is malfunctioning because of his error.

    Great company! They were very thorough going over the products offered and gave honest opinions of what they felt was necessary for my family needs. They installed a new furnace, AC unit, humidifier, and SolaceAir UV System. They are very easy to get ahold of, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

    I had Zeigler install a new furnace in 2019. They were exeptional and professional. They even were quick for 2 emergency calls over the years. It went downhill in 2022. I had paid for a Maintenance package where they come twice a year to healthcheck my unit, which I had for years. Apparently their was a retirement and Change of staff, they stopped scheduling. when I called the office, the office staff had no clue how to help or schedule me. I had two houses that had the service and I was trying to schedule. They said I had to wait for one individual to call to handle. They only called after several callbacks that i made,But I missed the call, they left vm and i never could get back in touch. There was never any explanation, like we are very booked, or short staffed, which is understandable. They just eould not respond. They completed the final paid Maintenance check in August of 2022 (which i had to call to schedule) and did a good job. They no longer reach out to renew via my email. If they no longer have that service. I'm not sure because they never said. The customer service dissolved overnight. It is a shame as we have used that business for years. They don't appear to want to maintain their original customer base.
