I am glad that I use this company to take care of the maintenance of the air conditioner and heating units we purchased from them years ago. They are still running and when they do have issues, they make every effort to ensure we are satisfied. For this maintenance visit , because we are on their monthly plan, nothing was charged for this visit. And they installed the filter that I purchased. Highly recommend!
Scott is professional and a nice guy. Answer all my questions. Knowledgeable of his profession. Wade heating and cooling installed our furnace and aircondition 32 years ago. They do maintenance work twice a year for both air conditioner and furnace. Our furnace still working and they just replaced my air conditioner last June. Customer service are great also when you call they are all pleasant and very helpful. They are trustworthy and accommodating.That is why I stay with this company for 32 years.
