Avoid at all costs! Had to go through this company due to the home warranty. Their staff are very knowledgable, friendly and professional! However, after their installer installed the new AC unit and informed me that I could mail in payment, I received a call threatening legal action because "That's not how this works." These were the words of Tony D'Eramo.

Had a Trane A/C with their business information stamped on it in a house we recently purchased. The equipment was only 3 years old. We called to set up a service call. Just for clarity, we weren't asking for a free service call. We wanted to pay them to fix the 3 year old equipment because we assumed they knew the most about it since they installed it. Deramos set up the appointment for the following week. They never showed up, then called and said we should have someone else come out. Should tell you something about their confidence in their own work. Would certainly not reccomend.

This company is poorly managed, they are definitely not a 24 hour service - more like a 3 days later service. My husband called at 9pm because our Furnace was leaking water everywhere and they said they will see us in three days. Thanks for the river! One employee actually said they “bandaid” our newly installed furnace. Who knows what type of glue they use to install pipes! The rating they have should be way less. They only have two employees to service the Allegheny area. The owner, Tony D’eramo needs a major attitude adjustment - he is not considerate to anyone, especially my husband and I.

Company was provided by home warranty. I read the reviews & was skeptic. HOWEVER, my experience was GREAT! D'Eramo's called the very next business day to inspect. Within 24 hrs, my warranty people called & said they are replacing my entire AC unit! The very next day D'Eramo's called & made an appointment for the installation! They arrived on time & were very professional. They were here at 9am & worked straight through until 3pm, when the job was complete. They not only had to take the old unit out & replace, but had to reaarange my duct work. It was 90° & I was very appreciative of the fast response & installation. I am very pleased & would feel very confident to recommend to family & friends.
