The best HVAC team out there! They came in & worked promptly on the new hot water tank / furnace system and they even replaced an adapter on my stove as I had a small leak. They are very thorough with their job. They’ve been my main HVAC for 2 years and I HIGHLY recommend them!

We had a complicated remodel on an old home. Gino had good ideas, put together a comprehensive plan, showed up when promised, and completed on schedule. STA SO COOL cleaned up at the end of every day, and the guys are all competent with tidy trucks and tidy tools. Traditional ductwork looks like an art exhibit when done. Communication was great, attitude was great and the team are true craftsmen and take pride in their work. A very pleasant experience in all regards.

I’ve been having trouble with 2 separate issues with my furnace and ac unit. (One existing and one new one) My heat stopped working completely on Wednesday 10/27. I called and spoke with Gino that day mid morning , he sent his Co-worker Tyler out to my Hair Salon the same afternoon. He arrived to confirm the issues I was having. He effectively diagnosed the problem gave me options to resolve the issues, and ordered what I needed. He came back the next day (today 10/28) and fixed both problems.

I had an issue with the pilot light on a furnace I was not familiar with recently. We had High CO2 levels in the past home I was renting, so I wanted to make sure the furnace was safe for my family. Couldn’t be more pleased about the service I just received from Gino from Stay So Cool. Had a problem with my AC and he was able to come the same day within an hour. Went with STA SO COOL for my central air install. The whole experience was very professional and exceptionally prompt. From quote to install, the whole job was done in under a week. The actual install portion was only one day. They built a new housing for the blower, installed the unit and all of the lines, and hooked me up with a smart thermostat -- all in a day. And after this brutally hot summer, the thing still works absolutely perfectly. It really does seem like they use very high quality equipment.

Gino with Sta So Cool saved my life! He was so quick to respond same-day since we had no heat & came to check out the furnace situation after dinner on a week night. He was able to get us some temporary heat for a couple days prior to eventually replacing my two furnaces. He was so kind, transparent and professional the whole time! He would show me first hand what he was finding wrong with the old furnaces. He then gave me a couple of avenues as options for proceeding, based on different solutions that would have different costs & potentially different outcomes over time. I really appreciated how much he included me in the process so I felt I could make an educated decision in the end. Gino and a couple of his guys got both of the furnaces replaced within a Saturday, shortly after I committed to the replacement. The work was top notch and you would’ve never known the guys were there - the house and basement were spotless! Gino is just such an honest & kind person who also happens to be highly skilled at his trade. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again if a need arises!

I called Sta So Cool after my furnace started making very loud noises when running. I had already had one company out to look at it it, but wasn’t completely sure about them. Sta So Cool was extremely responsive - he had a quote to me within a half hour and came out to repair my furnace the very next day after we decided to repair it instead of replace the entire system. The technician was on time, was very friendly, and my furnace is now running quietly so I would say he he did a great job. Not only did they provide great service but they were well under the price quoted to me by another company. We will definitely call them again for anything we need. Thank you!!
