This is the third or fourth time we have used Veterans Plumbing at our house. Every experience with their crews has been professional, friesly, reasonably priced and successful in somving the issues. Highly recommendes.

Absolutely outstanding. Zak and Jacob arrived late on a Fri eve but were very friendly and professional. Installed a dishwasher and worked through until it was done even after their shift had ended. Highly recommended.

Best plumber experience ever. Showed up at the time promised and did an exceptional job. Complete replacing a toilet within 90 minutes. Would give this company a 10 out of 10!

Called over the weekend for a non-emergency. Received a prompt call back first thing on Monday and was scheduled for Tuesday (week before Christmas). Ryan and Jake arrived on time and quickly and expertly made the fix. Very important to us as we are expecting company.

We ordered a new dishwasher through HD, and a team from Veteran Plumbing Services completed the delivery and installation. They were great to work with - got the job done quickly and were able to resolve some of the random issues that came up from the previous dishwasher install. I will definitely contact them for plumbing services in the future.

Veterans replaced an old lead water line into our house. They did it within the month (a miracle, considering the amount of time we've had to wait for other contractors). They were friendly and professional, answering questions when they came up. The lawn areas were replaced and reseeded, and everything seems great. highly recommended

Caleb and Hayden worked all day to find 2 leaks behind our wall. They carefully planned the repair as to minimize the damage to our walls, as well as kept in contact with Mark the owner so that he knew what was happening in our house. Shane was our plumber and we were beyond happy with his professionalism. Wonderful attitude and great communication skills. Easily explains the work and what all he is going to do. Very clean while he works and if there is any debris or trash he cleans it up and takes it with him. Makes sure the area is repaired and in better shape than before. Highly recommended Shane and Veteran plumbing. Will absolutely use again.

Rj and Greg came to my house this past Monday to install a new dishwasher. They were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, yet warm and personable. They arrived on time and really worked with each other like a well oiled machine. When they removed the new dishwasher from its packaging, it was damaged. They brought it to my attention and shared their knowledge of what my options were and how to go about getting a replacement through Lowes. I probably wouldn't have known about the damage since the damage was on the back of the dishwasher, yet they informed me anyway. They were more concerned about me getting exactly what I paid for above anything else. As inconvenient as it might be to have to get a replacement, it was the right thing to do and that made me feel like they were trustworthy. They also let me use the damaged dishwasher as a loaner until they come with the replacement to make it as convenient as possible for me. As RJ explained how to use the new dishwasher, Greg called Lowes to explain what happened and start the replacement process. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Veteran Plumbing just installed our new dishwasher. They were great. They also installed an electrical outlet for us, as well. This was a life saver! They were incredibly nice and professional. We will definitely hire them again.

Purchased a dishwasher and washing machine at Best Buy who subcontracted to Veteran's Plumbing to do the installation. The men who showed up were friendly and professional. Installation went smoothly. They tested the appliances before leaving and also provided some tips on using the appliances. Much appreciated!

These guys are always great. Only good things to say about them. I call them for any plumbing issues I have and they are always polite, knowledgeable, and the pricing is reasonable.

We noticed an issues with our hot water heater and within 48 hours it was unusable. Locating a replacement became problematic when popular places like Home Depot and Lowe’s did not have the tank we needed in stock and delivery would take a minimum of two weeks (not including booking for professional installation). Veteran’s was able to get us a new tank that met our needs and installed it within a week. Workers were professional and kind - they did a thorough job for a price that was affordable.

TL;DR: They damaged both my dishwasher and cabinetry in a straightforward swap installation, then avoided responsibility. I will never use them again and will probably not order appliances through Best Buy because of them.

After installation of a new dishwasher (ordered through Best Buy, Veteran Plumbing was Best Buy's installer) in the same place as an old dishwasher, the team said that the new dishwasher was catching and scratching but there was nothing they could do.

I looked around and noticed a piece of my cabinet was missing. I asked them to arrange for a supervisor to come.

After the installation team was gone, I looked at the installation and the place where the dishwasher was catching and scratching was a badly installed screw. If they had screwed it in squarely, there would have been no problem.

The supervisor came out a week later and fixed the installation. We agreed on a cash settlement for the cabinet and scratched dishwasher verbally. The waiver that came in the mail, however, required me to waive all future claims for the installation in order to receive compensation. Given the visibly shoddy nature of the installation, there was no way I would do that. I suggested alternate terms such as waiving all superficial claims, or waiving all claims to the present date.

Attempts to call the office went unreturned for a week. When a certified letter from me was delivered on a Saturday morning, they returned my call on a Saturday afternoon and I missed it. I called back within an hour and left another message. Further calls went unreturned for three days until I used a number other than the one they advertise as their main number.

They declined to negotiate and are sending out an insurance adjuster.

Timely and honest as they came in under the projected cost!

On a Wednesday I found a gate valve to be leaking in the basement and determined it should be replaced. It was not an emergency and I figured it might take a few weeks to get someone to come out and repair it. I'm a fairly handy guy but it's a busy time of the year and I didn't want to deal with it so I called Veteran Plumbing Services. The team was able to come out 2 days later on a Friday.

Kaleb and his co-worker were replaced 4 stop valves in total with ball valves and the job took less then an hour.

Their pricing was reasonable and they did a nice job, didn't make a mess and cleaned up after themselves.

I would not hesitate to use them again for any plumbing that I don't want to deal with on my own.
