I was looking for someone to open my pool at my new home. I tried calling several times over a month long period and left voicemails and sent an email. They have not responded a single time and have not called me back. Not only is that extremely rude, it's poor business practice. The good reviews brought me here but I'm questioning if those are even legitimate at this point. Very disappointed.

Edit: I did reach out earlier in May via email/online form but Ryan never responded to my 2nd email. Finally got a response via email from the office after posting the review but after a 10 day delay in not returning my call they excused it by saying "Our Verizon voice system got locked out and we could not access our voicemail for the past few days." A few days of a system being down doesn't excuse not returning my 10 day old voicemail. I wanted to talk to someone.

Ryan and his team are great! They responded quickly to my request and were very knowledgeable about all pool types! Look forward to using them again in the future!

I can’t recommend Ryan and his crew enough. They have gone above and beyond to help us out after moving into a new house with a pool that had a plethora of issues. He is knowledgeable friendly, and got to us quickly. When other issues arise with our pool, he came out promptly and helped over a busy memorial day weekend. He’s also extremely reasonable. Ryan noticed that my drain cover was out of code, and offered to change it at no cost just because it’s dangerous for the kids and he was concerned. I don’t know if any other company that would be that caring. I won’t trust my pool with anyone else!

Where do I start. This company has saved me more times than I can think. I have used them multiple times for multiple issues. Ryan and his team are first class and I would highly highly recommend them. If you need any help with your pools or hot tubs they are who I would recommended. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain in detail! Unfortunately our pool needed removed and Ryan made the removal process seamless! Cant wait to have a new pool installed!

They installed a new heater, pump, and filter, cleaned up after themselves, and explained how everything worked. We couldn’t be happier and will be using Pro Pool Pittsburgh from now on.

Pro Pool built my pool 13 yrs ago. Ryan is a very reliable professional, he provides great pool services. He opens and closes my pool, paints it and makes repairs as needed to keep it in top shape. I’ve had an excellent experience with Pro Pool and highly recommend their services from regular maintenance to emergency repairs and major projects.

We’ve had our pool restored and improved including resealing the seam, painting and installing a cosmetic tile.

We’ve also had emergency repair work done for a cracked PVC pipe connection.
