We had Doug this visit. He was great, checked and inspected the furnace. He did a complete job, and we are happy with his time. Doug had the time to give me an estimate on my water heater also.

We been with C&C Heating for over 20 years and everyone has been friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the technicians and even at one time the owner whom came out to maintenance our unit. I would recommend them highly. Never had a issue.

“Chad” from C&C came by at time promised. Took care of getting home ready for winter and checked all filters & systems. On a maintenance agreement and added separate upstairs office & spare bedroom at reasonable price. Pleasant & informative & efficient. Great service & could not be happier.

I was pleased the to see a female technician providing service for our heat pumps. While I found the maintenance contract price a bit high, I think this is a good company.

Technician/Chris arrived promptly and took the time to troubleshoot the issue I was having with my heat pump. He also took the time to thoroughly explain extreme cold related issues related to what could be the problem I was having.

This was our first experience with C&C (after changing from our previous HVAC service company). Chad (the service tech) arrived right on time and was professional and friendly. He conducted the fall checkup of our system and explained what he did and how the system checked out. Very happy with C&C based on our first experience with them.

Waking up to frigid home week of Thanksgiving holiday is quite alarming. C&C took the call and was here in 2 hours. Diagnosed the problem, had the needed part with them, replaced it and had the heater humming in an hour. So knowledgeable and excellent service.
