Great experience with C&C for a new HVAC system at our house. Service and cost of system were great. Answered all our questions and explained everything well. We have been using C&C for years and highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.

I had a great experience with C&C getting my heat pump installed several years ago.

I had a problem with it recently and had a related service visit today.

A fix was recommended, which I hope is correct since the process seemed rushed - especially near the end.

The technician was so quick to leave that he didn't replace the end-caps on the ports where he checked unit pressures -- and he didn't come back with the payment receipt as promised.

Since I was charged $198 for visit and diagnostic (which couldn't have lasted more than 20 minutes), I expected a more professional, thorough approach (e.g., checking and ruling out other potential causes of the issue) - which would have given me more confidence in the solution recommended.

Haley did a fantastic job here checking that our heating system was working correctly and replacing our old thermostat with one the will automatically switch from the heat pump to auxiliary oil heat at a specific outdoor temperature. She was very efficient and extremely knowledgeable and explained all our options. She did a great job installing and testing the system and explained its operation. I highly recommend her and C&C.

We had a new HVAC system installed by technicians at C&C Heating & Air Conditioning earlier today.
We are very pleased with C&C employees and staff for their professionalism and their quality of work. From dealing with Dan who gave us the proposal to the technicians - Craig, Jackie and Jamie were all outstanding.
We would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs you might have. We have been using them for our annual HVAC system maintenance for 12 plus years and would not go anywhere else for our HVAC system needs.

Chaz and Jackie did an awesome job! Few minutes early! Chaz had great knowledge of what he was doing, and took his time to answer any questions I had. Even showed me some issues with the old one! He took the time to explain how everything was set up, and how everything works afterword. Really great team C&C has. Vince who initially came out to give me my estimate was awesome, and super helpful! I already recommended to some of my customers at work!

The entire process was very thorough and professional. Stefanie was helpful and quick to get me a price quote for my hot water heater over the phone. I also inquired about an HVAC replacement and she connected me with Vic who got back to me immediately to set up a meeting the next day. Vic went through all my options and recommended the best HVAC solution to meet my needs at my budget. Vic also set me up with 0% 18 month financing which allowed me to smooth the cost out. Vic was able to get me on the schedule the next day which was important as the hot water heater was leaking. Vlad and his team of installers showed up on time, explained everything they were going to do and kept me posted of their progress along the way. After they completed the installation, they took me through what they did and identified all components of the systems. The installation was very professional and tight. It looks like a million bucks. Thanks to the C&C team.

Update: I had a problem getting the humidifier to function correctly after the initial install. There was some additional wiring needed and a transformer required due to some technical changes with the new system. C&C was very accommodating in fixing the problem. Todd was excellent on diagnosing the wiring issue and was able to get it working. He was also very patient and informative with recommendations on how to run the system
To get the most out of the humidifier as well as the various fan settings. Excellent service and support.
