Today we had a response by Luke and John as a result of a clogged main sewer line thru American Water Resources. Both gentlemen were very professional and resolved the issue with complete satisfaction. Imagine a holiday week with a large group coming to town and the main sewer line is blocked. Thanks gentlemen for resolving this HUGE problem! I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Top Shelf Service. John, Devin, and Chantelle were a pleasure to work with during our stressful situation. However, we had to be patient and get scheduled two days out. John and Devin diagnosed the problem then put together a plan that sorted us out.

Stay away from them!!! I had a gas leakage problem in my house and called the Home Warranty of America (HWA). The HWA told me they will handle it and then they sent the Di Tommaso plumbing for the service. The Di Tommaso came to my house next day and told me NOT to cover it under home warranty due to preexisting problem (they can classify any problem as a preexisting since most of the houses are 100 years old in this city). Even though the HWA sent them (I did not schedule them) and they did absolutely nothing in my house, they still asked for $75 for just coming and telling me that the problem will not be covered under warranty.

It looks the Di Tommaso Plumbing with the Home Warranty of America created a fraudulent business scheme.

RUDE... UNFRIENDLY... I utilized this company via American Home Shield Warranty from the purchase of my home. Came to my house several times to fix and issue. I had to argue tooth and nail about a deductible that was supposed to be waived. I would never use them again and would advise you not to either. DONT USE THEM!!! The problem was eventually taken care of but not after spending 3 hours back and forth. I hope my problems are truly fixed, only time will tell.

Total scam. Created more problems than solved. every single sink and toilet had a leak that they installed. Charged money to fix the issues they created and they still persisted.

Do Not use this Guy. Recently he tricked us into paying 165$ for replacing a $10 toilet flapper. No ethics and doesnt discuss upfront unless you probe him. Charges for everything including travel time. Be very careful with this company. We wont be calling ever again.

Horror story that I feel I should share. I'll try to keep this long story short. I was closing on my house in three weeks when the inspector noticed a leaking pipe from the tub. My home warranty asked me to use Di Tomasso. First visit the pipe leaked even worse a few hours after repair. Second visit the leak was fixed but my tub drain was stuck in up position and would not drain. It took up until the day before closing and many calls to the plumber and home warranty over who was responsible for payment before they came back out to tell me I had to pay for their error because "how do we know you or the home inspector didnt do something to it?" I refused to pay and called another plumber who came and fixed it within a few hours which ended up being a 2 minute fix that required no new parts. I will never use this company again as I have dealt with two much better plumbers since. While discussing this issue for the third or fourth time with the owner of the company he stated, "Theres no point to us fixing it, your already upset so we know you wont use us again." He also threatened to sue me for slander when I mentioned I would write a poor review because I felt I was being treated unfairly. It took me by surprise that a company can survive with that kind of service.

Devin quickly and efficiently took care of my tub problem. He was very professional and explained things easily for me to understand. He also was very polite. Definitely will use Devin and this companies services again should a need arise. Will also pass on to others about the great experience today with Ditommaso plumbing.
