I have used Mark's services on three separate occasions. Him and his team are always easy to deal with. They are reasonably priced, and the job always gets done well. One of his guys even fixed a socket as an extra service because he was already there. I highly recommend using him.

Mark and his team have been awesome to work with. They have done the wiring and install on multiple high end lights in our dining room and kitchen as well as handled the wIring for our hot tub and gas insert fireplace. When you deal with Mark you just know this is a knowledgeable, fair and honest professional. His team is highly trained and the prices were quite reasonable. Whenever our home needs an electrician the first and only call will be to Mark and his team.

Mark and his team did a great job. I live in the same condo complex as Mark so he was familiar with my set-up. They replaced my failed heat trace unit which saved me from burst pipes. Replaced my electrical panel which was in bad shape and installed a surge protector to help protect my electronics.

We had a generator installed. They made the installation look so easy; although we own an old house and therefore nothing is easy. Their generator installation was so impressive that we had them install 2 new electrical panels and re-wire our 1st floor. Good trustworthy contractors are hard to come by. When you find one you stick with them.

Steve and Anthony came out and did a great job on replacement of my service line as making sure everything in the panel was good.

I had Hightower Electrical replace some light fixtures and solve some exterior lighting problems at Station Road Self Storage. Mike went above and beyond to get the job done right. Before Mike came out less than half of the lights were working properly. When the job was finished every light was shining brightly including some new LED fixtures. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for an honest, professional, qualified electrician.

Mike procured and installed a whole home generator. The task was complicated by supply chain issues - the generator manufacturer blew through one promise date after another. Mike kept us informed through regular communication, and honored his very competitive quote. Once the job was complete he walked me through the maintenance and normal operation of the generator. We are extremely happy with the installation and Mike's professionalism, and we highly recommend him!

After looking everywhere for an electrician, we came across Hightower Electrical Contractors. We read some reviews and after quite a bit of back and forth correspondence, we finally decided to move forward. It was the hands down the best decision we made and one we would make over and over again. Mike and his team are absolutely incredible! Mike was quick to respond to our calls and emails and he promptly scheduled a extremely thorough home visit to address our electrical needs. He provided quotes that were easy to follow and understand, no gimmicks, no hidden costs, or fine print nonsense. He was upfront about everything and trustworthy. During the home visit, he patiently listened to what we had wanted to get done, answered all of our many questions, offered helpful suggestions and good ideas for things we didn’t consider initially. He was understanding of our needs, helped us to work within our budget and was flexible within our changing timeline. Beyond all of that, he was very professional, respectful and dedicated from the start to the finish. There were multiple installations for lighting/electrical work that we had requested, including removal/replacement of old fixtures, changes in some of the outlet accesses, changes in electrical wiring, and installation of new recessed lighting throughout the house. Mike and his team came on time, they came prepared with whatever they needed, worked diligently over multiple days, communicated the progress with us regularly, and delivered such a high quality of work; we were thoroughly impressed. There were many holes that needed to be drilled in ceilings/drywall and as a result, dust and debris can fall on the carpet- their team took the time to clean up everything so that nothing was left behind. One area of our home is especially challenging to gain access to in regards to wiring and we didn’t know if there was a way to fish the wires into that area, Mike and his team assessed the situation, communicated the existing challenges and set expectations with us, troubleshot issues, came up with a plan, and executed things with excellence. Their expertise and experience is clearly evident through their problem-solving capacity and the way in which they handle complex scenarios. Their work is very neat and the end result is absolutely beautiful. What more can someone ask for? This was such a great experience, Mike set a high standard. We already recommended them to our neighbors who were looking to do some remodeling, and we are planning to call them again for any future work. Thank you Hightower Electrical Contractors!

We had Hightower install a Generac whole house generator. Mike and his team were great. He explained everything very clearly and was reasonably priced compared to other bids. He took the time to come to my house and provide an assessment of what would work best for us. Other contractors simply took a few pictures and emailed their bid. Mike and his crew were polite and respectful both in and out of our house, which was appreciated. The inspector that certified the installation complemented his work. I would highly recommend!
