​We had the need for an electrician and I’m glad that we called Thomas Edison because every one of their employees we dealt with was top notch! You often don’t think about the experience that you have with a company like this outside of the person that comes to your door, but each individual from setting up the appointment through calling to make sure everything met our needs was polite and professional. Michael took the time to walk us through the process when he arrived, and was thorough in his diagnosis of the problem, ultimately discovering the issue was something we didn’t even realize. If you’re in need of fast and exceptional service in the electric industry, I would recommend Thomas Edison!

From the time the initial call was placed until the job was completed everyone was very professional. We were kept informed of electrician arrival times and he was there as promised. Jake was exceptional. He fixed our issues without a problem and couldn't have been any nicer answering dozens of questions. Will definitely use again..no longer going to sit home and wait for someone who doesn't show up..these professionals show up!

Had a great experiance with Thomas Edison Electric. Multiple outlets, and lights stopped working. Couldn't be fixed easily. Jim and his partner came out and spent around 6 hours going through everything, trouble shooting, and making repairs.
Nice guys, easy to talk to, kept me informed. They cleaned up when the job was finished. A rep reached out to make sure I was happy with the work later in the day, and followed up the next day.

Our experience with Thomas Edison Electric was outstanding from beginning to end. Eli and Jason did a great job. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and courteous. After some of the experiences we’ve had in the past with other companies, we can honestly say they offered EXCELLANT service. We will definitely call Thomas Edison Electric again if we have any need for their services.

Stan was excellent. He was on time and always professional. He even offered me a coupon from online to help offset the cost a little bit. I thought that was very thoughtful of him to offer that. He was also able to give me the estimate and do the job all in the same day which was excellent. We didn’t have to wait to get the job done. I would totally recommend Thomas Edison electricians.

I would not call any other company to do electrical but Thomas Edison. The office communicates several times throughout the service to make sure things are going well. They acted quickly and we had the service repair date within days of me calling. The electrician was very prompt. Actually early. Jason was our electrician and he did a flawless job. He was very kind and you could tell he takes pride in his work. I recommend very highly.

Eddy did a wonderful job installing our EV charger. He was very helpful advising us on which one to buy in terms of the wiring required. Very professional and on time. Highly recommend!

Ediol came out to my house and did repair work in my kitchen. He was very polite and went over all repair details before he started. Explained everything thoroughly and took his time.
