Our agent, Jose, was understanding and patient, explaining our options with propane services. He did a thorough check our our newly acquired gas system (in a very old house) and recommended appropriate actions to remediate a safe, reliable solution. He gave us options and solutions, which we truly appreciated. We will contact Petro with our plans in the future, as the kitchen redesign and remodeling project progresses.

Expensive. Service is good, deliveries are on time and staff/techs are friendly.
I find I'm always put on hold when calling (unless, I am buying or signing up for additional services, then I get all of my questions answered promptly).
I called in because I was disappointed in the recent charges. Oil is delivered automatically... it's $1 surcharge per gallon! Yikes. That adds up quick. I also "bought in" to their service guarantee contracts...24/7/365 they will come out if you have any issues with the furnace or a/c... $700 a year. Another yikes. I've been a customer going on 7 years.
I like the idea of "set and forget" but this has just gotten to be too much. They're a good company but I don't see the value in what I signed up for.
After 20 mins being on the phone and placed on hold several times with their rep, I am waiting on a call back to discuss my account further... fingers crossed I don't miss the call and have to go through this cycle all over again. For what customers pay I'd expect to speak to someone who can help me immediately. There is not a more direct number or department for me to call... so I will wait...

Had four different techs here to a confusing problem with 21 year old heater and AC. I had to take the time to write a review as these guys were so awesome and informed me as they were figuring out the issues. They even waited for me the one day I was late for their appt! They tolerated my barking dogs kindly. Norm is “the man” as his coworkers said he took extra time to adjust and sort extra parts that were not directly the problem but needed some TLC. Very impressed!
