I have been a customer of Morevent (formerly One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning) for 14 years now. Purchased a new HVAC system and new hot water heater from them in the last several years. However, since they changed to Christian the techs never show up when scheduled. I book an appointment for a 4-hour window and have had to call multiple times now when they don't show up as planned. I'll be looking for a new service as my time is just as valuable as theirs! I have a contract where I pay a monthly subscription fee but that does not seem to, matter much,

Chris Currington was excellent. Very thorough, friendly and well trained. He explained all work being done and took pictures for my records. I highly recommend Chris when calling Christian Heating and Cooling.

Initially had a great experience with Christian, our HVAC unit kicked last year in the winter and they were able to replace it within 24 hours. When we purchased the new system we were lead to believe by the salesman that the membership would include annual service appointments. Wrong it includes an annual inspection that they use aggressive scare tactics to sell services. Apparently 12 months after a new system is installed over $2000 in maintenance cost is acceptable. Including almost $300 to clean a condensate pump that is worth $60. No thank you, we will find another company to do business with.

Jeff N. was my technician today and once before. Both times he's been friendly & knowledgeable. Although I didn't have a repair (or possible system replacement just yet), he did diagnose the problem with heating system. I would highly recommend Jeff!

Hassan took the time to explain the process. He made sure that I had no questions before he left. Little did I know that my thermostat had to be reprogrammed all over again. I called back the number that he called me on earlier that morning and voicemailed him to please come back out and do it for me because I sure didn't know what to do. He returned my call and three-wayed the conversation with someone that instructed me on how to reset my thermostat. He was very pleasant and professional. You can tell he really likes his job. You are lucky to have someone like him representing your company. I don't recall the other associates names. But thank them also for me

If I could rate Christian Heating significantly lower than one star, I would. I no longer trust the quality of service, their service recommendations, their pricing as well as their overall business practices. The tech that came to my home (first time here), while very nice, found and caused a lot of issues with my systems. I am now searching for a new HVAC company. Plus I had to call my plumber to address the issues the tech created for me.

We’ve previously hired Christian for plumbing. Two weeks ago was first time for electrical work. Fantastic job on All work done! Our technician, Javier, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. His warm, pleasant demeanor was a bonus!

Despite an insane amount of text messages from an automated system (like excessive) the team at Christian Heating was great to deal with. Drew the technician was very informative and excellent at communicating what needed to be done and why. A true pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Appreciate him!

I'm doing this review for work my father had done. I gave you a star not because of the work that was done. It's because you left a 92 year old man with no heat, on the coldest night of the year. There was no reason to do so. You came out to do a system check on his heater, the technician found two pinhole type leaks in his pipe. He has natural gas. Now, here is where I have a big issue with the service. You recommended some service on the heater, okay. But, the part being replaced wasn't going to be on until the next day. So you shut his system down, leaving him no heat. We thought it was because of the gas leak. Well no that wasn't it. A different technician came the two days later, and fixed the leak. He literally sprayed a sealant on the leak, fixing it in less than 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it when my Dad told this. That tech should have put his heater back the way he found it, because it was working fine, and come back the next day and started the work. There was no reason for shutting his system down like that, leaving him without heat. It had nothing to do with safety, because he fired up the boiler and let it run all night, until the leak was repaired the next day. It's just unfathomable you would do that, for no reason.

I can not say enough great things about our experience with Christian Electrical, specifically Aaron and Gus. We are a large family and had a scare when our smoke detectors went off and sparks came from our ceiling fan. Our first call was to the fire department and next to Christian. Aaron was at our house within a few hours which amazed me and then spent time figuring out what are problem was and how to fix it. He then followed up with valuable information and educated us on some things we could do to better protect our home and family. We needed Aaron to come back the following week to install a new fan/light and this time he brought Gus who was also extremely helpful. Once again Aaron went the extra mile to educate me on some recommendations and safety issues. We purchased the service plan because it is obvious these men know what they are doing and are extremely kind while they do it. Thanks to them both for making a scary situation better!

Nick serviced a low-flow issue we were having with our refrigerator. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem while also explaining additional remediation options if it occurs again. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. I will certainly contact him and his team for other home-related issues.

Great work and affordable. Technician came out in the middle of a snow storm and had our furnace up and running within an hour. Really great service, would highly recommend.

When I met Billy he greeted me with a friendly smile and a warm conversation. It was a pleasure doing business with him because he explained everything to me in detail along the way. I am so happy that he was the one chosen to come to my house because he fixed my problem and he was very good at what he did.

Technician came in and cracked our toilet and didn’t take any accountability. Refused to acknowledge their mistake, lied about what the technician took notes on (they later sent the email that proved we were right) and caused so much more damage than if we did nothing. Stay as far away as you can.

Had an electrical inspection today by Andrew, who did a really thorough job and prioritized all of the issues that were troublesome or not up to code so I could decide what and when to address things. Really took his time to describe things in non technical terms. I'd highly recommend Andrew and the electrical systems inspection to anyone.

Derek was amazing! He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and did a really thorough job. The service at our yearly tuneup was way more detailed than we’ve seen with other companies so I really feel protected! I recommend 100% and to get their membership plan!

I received a fault notice from my Carrier app and called to ask a tech to come to my house. My system was still working, I still had heat, but it was saying something was wrong. It took 2 visits to address the problem. But both were scheduled quickly for days and times that worked with my schedule. The second visit was quite detailed. The tech, Scott Oliveras, was very knowledgeable and thorough. This was a repair covered under my parts and labor warranty, and didn’t cost me anything.

I have done business with Christian for years. They set a strong record of service to the client. Lately there have been scheduling glitches. Once the technician arrives, the experience is satisfactory. Carlos did a thorough job and was pleasant to deal with.

Billy was a wonderful technician. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, he kept me in the loop with what was going on at every phase. Billy has performed services at my house several times and always been very responsive, knowledgeable and respectful throughout the whole process.

Derek was very thorough and we appreciated his expertise and hard work! He was kind and friendly and even considerate of the dogs! We were very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it. THANK YOU!

Carlos S. Is the service tech who did my HVAC system (installed by Christian) maintenance. He was very thorough in checking everything out and doing some minor repairs and changing the air filter and humidifier filter. He also found two small gas leaks while checking everything out in the basement gas lines. We notified PECO who came out promptly and did fix those two leaks (thanks to Jim from PECO.) Because of Carlos’ professionalism and thoroughness, he and PECO saved me from having to have the gas line cut off on a very cold December evening. I highly recommend Carlos S. and will request him as the tech for my next maintenance.
