Tree reviews in Spring City, Pennsylvania

We've been using Gallagher Contracting for several years. Dan is always prompt and does excellent work. He'll do whatever I ask of him. Plus he does a great job cleaning up unlike other services. For example: If he trims a tree, he takes care of all of the debris. As far as snow removal, he plows my driveway and even shovels my front walk. I believe his prices are competetive. I would highly recommend his services.

Dan and his crew did a great job taking down a spruce last year; they were prompt, professional, and without the flush-to-the-ground stump you wouldn't know there had been a tree there.

I called 3 tree contractors. Dan was my last call. He texted me within 5 minutes and offered to be on site within 2 hours to talk about the project. His work was flawless. The correct equipment to handle the over 100 foot tall dead ash trees was exactly what I was expecting for the job. The clean up, the efficiency of his operation got them in and out within 4 hours after 4 trees being cut and removed. Hopefully I don’t need to cut anymore trees down, but if I do dan will be my call. Thank you for you’re help!

I had a very large oak tree and weeping white pine that needed work. Dan had to free climb 3 large trees in my yard to work on them because it was not possible to get any large equipment into my back yard. He is very experienced at what he does and know what limbs can drop and what needs to be lowered down with ropes for safety and damage to surrounding areas. I will surely use he and his crew again.

Dan has been one of the easiest contractors I've ever worked with. He provided high quality service without the sticker shock a lot of the other outfits nowadays. He can provide a wide array of services and goes well beyond the standard "good enough" mentality to satisfy his clients. It'd be irresponsible to not even give him a call if you're looking for any of the services he can provide.

We live in a partially wooded, steeply graded lot (primarily 90-100 ft tulip trees and 50-80 ft ash/Norway maples). Dan has taken care of a number of our dead/dying trees, as well as providing emergency cleanup after storms. We’ve always been very happy with his service and his pricing; he does a great job of communicating the particular challenges of each job, and helps us work through the pros and cons of different approaches. Highly recommended!

Dan has an expert knowledge of trees and the process of maintaining them. Have a 30+ foot tall row of Leyland Cypress that needed trimming. Unlike other tree services that wanted to "Top" the tree, Dan explained the proper way to trim them to protect my investment. Dan and his team did a great and efficient job, cleaned up everything, AND at a very affordable price.

Couldn't say enough about Dan's work. He cut down quite a few trees on our property including two very large Ash located close to fencing and our neighbor's property. Dan was able to climb and safely cut the trees without any issue. His rates are more than reasonable. Highly recommend!

I've had Dan and his guys taking care of my yard for at least 5 years and I've always been impressed with the way our lawn and garden looks after a fresh cut and weedwack. This year, we decided to have our mulch done and our garden beds edged and it has never looked so nice! I would absolutely recommend contacting Dan. He and his employees know to keep an eye out for my special plants and are courteous and kind! Definitely looking forward to having them take care of our yard space for years to come.

If you need tree service this is who you call. He came out to give me an estimate and was there the next day to cut it down. Clean up was excellent not a twig in sight. Would highly recommend and i wouldn't dream of calling anyone else again

We had a lot of overgrowth of bushes, small trees, shrubs and wild bamboo. Within 6 hours the perimeter of our property was totally changed. Dan and his crew of 2 did a fantastic job! We are very happy with the job they did.

Dan and his team are great to work with! Communication around our project ideas was open and efficient, and the end result looks great!

Dan and his crew were amazing! They were very professional, caring of our property, and extremely good at their jobs. They did all of our gardens, cut 2 trees down and trimmed and planted bushes in just 4 hours.

We used Gallagher Tree Service to trim 13 trees around our house as well as remove a fallen tree from a field. Daniel was easy to get a hold of and was very professional. He promptly provided a quote and was accommodating to our scheduling requests. The work completed was excellent. I highly recommend their services.

Dan thinned out a large tree for us and cleaned up a smaller cherry tree. Dan was very professional. He was on time for our first meeting, patient while I was getting other quotes, and quickly scheduled us once we decided to work with him. His price was competitive with others that we got. During our initial meeting, it was clear he understood what was best for our oak tree. Additionally Dans passion for working with trees was evident. The work was all done in one day and our trees look great. Dan and his team took all the unhealthy branches out and lightened the tree to improve its health for many years. I would reach out to Dan for future arbor projects if needed. I highly recommend using him.

Dan was recommended by a neighbor and was able to fit me in the following week. We had a Cherry Oak that was over 40 feet high. When I arrived home after work, Dan and his team had the tree down, bucked the logs for me, and cleaned up the area nicely. Very prompt and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone looking for tree removable. As far as price I had quotes ranging from $4k to $7k and he was on the lower end.

Dan and his team did an excellent job pruning our overgrown Magnolia tree. Very prompt with his estimate and clean up after the job was perfect!

Have used Dan for several projects tree removal and mowing. Always prompt and calls day before starting the job. Great cleanup too. Will definitely plan another project in the future
