In 2021, we hired them to redo our backyard. They leveled it, planted grass, built a stone patio and new steps leading from the sunroom to the patio. The stairs installation included staining the stairs (this was written in the contract). I was told by the owner back in 2021 that we had to wait until the wood dried for the stairs to be stained. It is now 2026 and the stairs have not been stained. We have untreated lumber being exposed to harsh weather conditions for the fifth year in a row. I have spoken to the owner countless of times. I have called them, texted them, messaged them on Facebook and even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and nothing has been done. They came out at some point to check the wood and mentioned they would replace some of it but nothing has been done. It ruined the whole experience for us.
