Michelle in the office is AMAZING and reached out to me (from her personal line) after hours and on the weekend just to give me updates on what became a challenge in completing the job. Paul was knowledgeable of the plumbing issues in my home from the moment he entered, he did an excellent work in solving the issues and he also give tips on the maintenance so my home will not encounter such issues again, I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Short version: Save your money and your time and go with someone who just fixes the problem the first time around.
Long version: Why 1 star? Well, we had a clogged main (bathtub & toilets backing up and overflowing when we flushed). They came out on a Tuesday and rotorooted (is that the word?), charged us over $200 and by Sunday it was clogged again.
When I did reach them on Monday, they said they could come out and do a jet if I wanted for which they would charge over $400. I told them I would like a refund for last Tuesday. They don't do refunds. I then said I would like a solution, not a menu of options for them to charge me more money. They then offered me a diagnostic camera option. Tone deaf, I guess?
This company seems to make money by coming out and offering a cheaper option that they know will fail so you will call them back and they'll charge you even more money.
Also, they say they are open 24/7, but you cannot reach them on the weekends. If you call, all you get is music playing with no option to leave a message.
