I have only one experience with this business: I read the reviews and they are clearly all, or almost all, fake. One reviewer is based in Germany and has reviewed (only!) rug cleaning companies in more than a dozen locations in the US. Most of the reviews were posted 10 months ago, all at once, all by reviewers with a single review on Google, who all share similarly generic sentiments. Do I trust this business with my rugs, or anything else? No, I do not.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM! They came to my house to clean my area rug, never took the rug out of the bag to inspect it, but he tells me it needs a deep cleaning without even looking at it when I would not agree to the deep cleaning price of $360 because I was quoted a basic shampoo price of $180. He got upset, when I called the company to let them know what was going on. The girl told me that she would call him and call me right back when she hung up with me he got in his vehicle and he pulled off the company never called me back and I’ve tried to call back numerous times and they blocked my phone number. They do not use their own shampooers. They outsource and send companies to you so please please please be aware the guy that came to my house today has a long blonde ponytail, and his name was Isabel. Please be careful when looking to use this company. They are very shady. They are very sketchy and when I used my other phone to call back I was able to get through and the girl got very nasty with me. When I asked to speak to a manager, She told me the manager is on vacation and won’t be back for two weeks and then she hung up and blocked that number as well please please please do not use this company or you will be scammed out of your money and forced to spend additional money than you were quoted or they tell you, they can’t clean the rug at your home and that they would prefer to take it to a warehouse. Do not use this company!!!

This business does not exist at this address. The people in the lovely shop who own the building had no idea what I was talking about about. I called and was told that they have no physical location. Be careful.
