Matt was incredibly caring and helpful. This isn't your typical business owner. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, understand your pain points, and work with you and your budget to address them. That's rare in today's world and I'm immensely thankful and lucky to have encountered him. If you're reading this, I highly recommend considering giving him a call and at least having a conversation before going somewhere else. Thank you again for your time and help Matt!

Matt and his crew, years before repaired my swim spa. This year Matt coordinated the sale and removal of my swim spa. TLC was flexible, communicative, and provided professional service. I would use TLC again, if the opportunity arises.

Matt and his team were responsive and laid beautiful sod in my lawn. He also set up a watering system to keep the grass going effortlessly. Our lawn looks great. I would recommend TLC every time.

I’ve worked with Matt at TLC Landscaping twice now, and both times he exceeded expectations. His response time is quick, he shows up exactly when he says he will, and he gets the job done right. It’s hard to find that level of reliability these days. Highly recommend!

TLC installed a batting cage for Nether Swarthmore Softball at Smedley fields last Fall. He accepted the project after it had been canceled by another company at a competitive price. The batting cage is level, aesthetic to the space, and is being used almost daily this Spring. Due to the high winds this past Winter, one of the poles was leaning, but TLC fixed it quickly before Spring practices started, and we’ve had no issue since. We recommend using TLC!

Matt helped fix a problem left by a previous landscaper - great communication, follow up and fast, reasonable prices!

Took care of our yard after we had moved our family but before our house had been sold. Never any hassle and easy to pay remotely made it well worth it. Very satisfied.

Called to see about setting up service, I was looking for a one time clean up, aeration and fertilizer, they refused to give me a one time quote, just tried selling me a monthly service. He refused to answer my questions and then just hung up. Called back asked to speak to a supervisor, . Some person came on line informed him that I wanted to file a complaint,
he said knock yourself out and hung up. Everybody very rude. Will never use them.

Do not use TLC unless you are trying to remove or kill existing trees/plants. They do a sloppy job with new plantings and mulching. The owner Matt is full of empty promises, excuses, and unresponsive when issues or problems arise.

TLC delivered a cord of seasoned firewood at a better price than anyone else, and were very friendly when the did! I'll be buying from them again.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Six weeks ago we had a tree transplanted by this business. Worker cut underground water hose. Owner never offered to fix it but instead told us he would drop off a part needed to fix the hose. Told me on three different occasions that he would drop the piece off and NEVER did. Besides, they should have offered to fix the hose. It was their mistake. PLEASE do not use TLC Landscape Services.

Matt and his crew completed a landscaping project for us which included moving our walkway, adding a landing pad, and replacing plants/sod. Matt understood our minimalist low maintenance vision and we are so happy with the work.

New patio, plantings, and pergola. Beautiful work, I couldn't be more pleased. The owner discussed the project with us at length and helped develop the best plan for our goals.This project transformed my house and yard. I highly recommend this company.

This company is horrible and there were tons of reviews saying the same thing that somehow were deleted?? Matt took thousands of dollars from me to landscape half my yard. MONTHS later, still nothing done. Finally, he came with a dozen people, finished half, literally left 4 plants in containers never planted, never came back to finish the job, and refused to refund me any money. Eventually I had to hire a new company to fix the job. Total scam. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

TLC is the best! Matt made sure that I knew exactly what to expect and then did it. I knew what I wanted, but didn't know what had to be done. Matt helped me to pick out not only which plants would look best in my yard but also which ones were best for our area. He really knows his stuff! Absolutely recommend! 😁

I am writing on behalf of a disgruntled development. Very disheartened by this company. The lack of communication from the owner Matt is disappointing. The quality of work that was left behind after each visit was substandard. Several attempts to try and rectify their subpar work, it continues to fall upon deaf ears. If you are looking for quality work, I would highly recommend skipping over using this company.

Amazing service and results. Team was so prompt and worked very hard. My kids loved watching them and the men were very kind. My yard was a disaster before the spring clean up and now looks like a million bucks! Thanks so much.
