Tree reviews in Tarentum, Pennsylvania

Vaughan’s always does a great job. They removed 9 enormous (40’-50’) pines, ground the stumps out, and trimmed several oaks in just one day, leaving the entire area raked clean.
They have the equipment and the experience to do the job right, and are professional and courteous start to finish.
We’ve used Vaughan’s a number of times and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bryan and his team are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond what we expected. They effectively deforested half of our lot with 30+ Ft trees between two houses in less than two days while adding additional mulching and cleanup work to go above and beyond just to make sure it looked fabulous before they left. After experiencing the expertise and precision of this company I cannot go back to trusting any other tree service going forward. I cannot express high enough praises!

I am writing to thank you and the rest of the team at Vaughan’s Tree Service for the fantastic work you did at our home. After that branch fell on our house, we were very concerned, and we truly appreciate how quickly you were able to step in and remove the tree.

Bryan, it was a pleasure meeting you, and Heather, thank you for your help in coordinating all of the logistics so smoothly. The entire team was professional and made sure that everything was handled perfectly.

We are very grateful for your help and will certainly recommend your services to others.

Best firewood

Did a great job will hire again if needed

Great service, communication, and price. Would recommend

Bryan is amazing! Quality, awesome local tree service!

Well worth the wait ,they were professional and efficient. Like most services they are extremely busy and back logged, but got me done when they said they would.

Great job I recommend them if you want to be treated fairly and with professionalism these are the ones

This dude is rude as hell. Has a real attitude problem. Does not know how to treat people. Stay away.

Highly recommend Vaughn's Tree Services. They have the equipment and experience to handle anything and are professional, friendly and timely.

This is our second time of working with Vaughan’s.. They are dependable, efficient and affordable… they clean up their messes!

Our cherry tree had a sizeable limb break off which caused an open area that began to rot. To complicate matters the tree was located near the road with several power and phone lines nearby. Bryan gave us an estimate and his crew came out, took the tree down and ground the stump. They cleaned up so well you could hardly tell any work was done. We ended up having them do some landscaping for us which we are equally pleased with.

There Kiln dried wood is fantastic. Burns much more consistently then traditional seasoned hardwood. EJ is great with customers.

This company is AWESOME to deal with! Bryan, Josh and Gary were SO polite and knowledgeable about their service. They did a fabulous job on our trees and would highly recommend them! We will use noone but them in the future! Thanks to ALL...backyard looks great!!!!!

We had them come to the house to remove a tree right above our home. They came out and brought the perfect crew and got the job done without any issues and left us with a completely cleaned up yard like they were never here! I will never use anyone else! The prices are worth every penny and the employees are so professional and friendly! Will recommend them over and over again!

Fantastic service. Great to deal with. They listened to what I wanted and surpassed all my expectations. When dealing with this type of service it’s about having the right tool for the right job. They had the perfect tool to remove a lot of brush.

They came out to my parents house and gave an estimate that was much lower than their competitor’s. Contract was signed and the work was scheduled. First scheduled date… no call no show. Second scheduled date… no call now no show. Third scheduled date… no call no show. They never call to apologize and reschedule. They leave that up to the customer. I’m surprised they’re still in business with this level of unprofessionalism.

Update: I emailed this review to Vaughan's Tree Service and Heather Vaughan's full reply was "I don't even know who you are???". No attempt was made to find out how they continuously dropped the ball or who the customer was that they inconvenienced (It was MY PARENTS as previously stated. Had you READ the review you would have realized that.). This is the same Heather that scheduled my parent's tree removal for August 11th and after missing the appointment told my father she no longer handles scheduling and he needs to contact Bruce to reschedule... FOR A FOURTH TIME! Heather you have absolutely horrible customer service skills and if you weren't working for the family business your incompetence would probably prevent you from having a job at all.

After grinding and removal of stumps, Mr Vaughn walked around our yard giving us suggestions and tips regarding our various trees. It was much appreciated. Should the need arise, we would definitely recommend Vaughan Tree Service.

Vaughan's wood is the BEST! It is very dry and burns clean.. We carry their wood here at Freeport Beverage for your campfires and for your fireplaces.

Vaughans tree service quoted us a price to have a tree trimmed and was less than half other quotes.
They came out in a timely manner, removed the needed branches and left no trace.
they are professional and reliable, highly recommend this company!
