I have shopped here a few times for smaller pieces to support my landscaping business. Usually things like gas cans, Stihl trimmer heads, just the typical wear and tear items. The employees are always friendly and their bathroom is very clean. Will continue to do business with abd frequent for our needs

Recently did a large landscape project in my back yard. I had 11 yd of topsoil / compost combo delivered in 2 deliveries. The service and quality were perfect. The delivery guy was awesome

This is a excellent place to get your lawn supplies and your equipment service. I have been doing business with them for years. They have fast turn over on getting your equipment back to you working as good as new along with some helpful tips on keeping your equipment in good working condition.

Been there 3 times. And all 3 times I feel like its Gilligans Island. A 3hr tour everytime I am in there. Jimmy has no customer service skills at all. Shawn just lets him do what ever he wants. Joey the Mechanic is great. If you could deal with him directly there would be no problem. They charged me twice for same items. Jimmy lost my order. And told me it was my fault. This place is horrible because of 1 person. There is no communication between 3 people. Jimmy acts like he owns the place. Shawn is a push over. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. My 038 that was being repaired took them 2 months it was fixed but no one called. I order parts and Jimmy gets it wrong after the Mechanic Joey walked him threw it. 5 Star Services left this review. Just so Burkes knows.

1st i would like to say their service is amazing. "Sean' especially. I spent over 20k at the trainer location and it was worth every dollar down to the last cent. I highly recommend doing business with them, every piece of equipment I put in there to be fixed was fixed the right and ready to work. thank you

This is hilarious ！🤣😂I didn’t know about how much I should ordered for my DIY gravel parking spot. And talked to Burke’s landscaping employees. They helped me about this issue. Gave me the best price .than supposedly scheduled for this SATURDAY drop because I’m off that day. Didn’t expect they delivered the stuff on Monday at the right spot that I wanted. I Wanted to rate them way above 5 stars 🌟 if anyone who needed the right landscape stuff . I recommend them 👍🏻 this is just SO funny 😂 . It’s like a surprising happy birthday 🎁 to me .

I recently ordered a bunch of materials for installing some new garden beds, and my experience was a mixed bag. On one hand, the customer service was great! The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and very helpful. I told her I wasn't in a hurry for my order, but she called me back an hour later to tell me my delivery was en route. The delivery driver was also very courteous and delivered our materials right where we asked him to. I have zero complaints about the service.

The materials, on the other hand, left a bit to be desired in my opinion. I ordered the mixed soil, which is a blend of topsoil and compost. This was ordered, as I said, to be the foundation of some new garden beds. Accordingly, I expected the material to be fairly clean and free of debris. The picture I've attached was a very small sample of the junk I pulled out of this soil. 2 shredded and crushed beer cans, a latex glove, some nylon rope, electrical tape, and lots and lots of what was either shredded plastic bags or landscape fabric. I'm glad I got my order as quickly as I did, because I needed all that extra time to sift through the soil as I was distributing it.

All in all, A+ service, C- material, for an overall "meh" experience. If service and speed are more important to you than quality, definitely go with these guys. If you're very concerned with quality, as I am, there are probably better options out there for you. Personally, I'll be exploring those other options when I do my spring planting.

Great service! bought a NEW Scag windstorm, I did NOT purchase it new from Burke Landscape Supply since they were NOT a Scag Dealer at the time of purchase. Three (3) years later the electric motor that turns the nozzle stopped working. Called my selling dealer and ask for the part # in my manual and they said it was replaced with a new and improved motor and that it would be roughly $ 800.00 and was NOT covered under warranty! So, I called Burke Landscape supply and they said they would fix it under warranty, even though the warranty was expired. This was in part due to the Scag Distributer honoring the repair since it was a very low hour unit and original part was found to be an inferior part and replaced with an improved motor. The point is that Burke Landscape Supply saved me over $ 800.00 with labor because they cared enough to make the call to the Distributor and warrant the parts and labor. Thanks again Burke Landscape Supply!

Had a bit of miscommunication with an order. Things happen. I assumed the order would just be a little late in the day. However I called to check and the order had been set incorrectly. The caller on the line was extremely professional and helpful. They were able to clear things up and provide same day delivery. Would most certainly recommend burkes for your landscaping needs!

My heater went out and George was very responsive and professional in assessing the situation and providing a very reasonable quote with a quick turnaround time. Highly recommend their services!

I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. They will allow you to freeze to death in the middle of DECEMBER in NJ. This is the worst place. The contractor was referred by another company and he decided to ignore the referral for a broken heater until 2 days later because he wanted to go to a basketball game. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

Would not recommend this company. They were a part of my Home warranty's Contractor list.Have not had working AC June 7th 2019. NOT LICENSED in WASHINGTON TWP Gloucester county to perform AC condenser and coil replacement and cannot pull permits!!! then he tells me his van and tools were stolen and cant start job and my install is that last thing on his mind... BEWARE!!!. Not accredited with the BBB either.

George is a great guy and did a wonderful job on my home. I would highly recommend him for the job as he is super knowledgable and helpful. He installed a new hvac system at my home and was very considerate of the fact that the project was urgent.

Just had a central AC system installed in my house by George. Great communication, very reasonable price and professional. He installed the AC and coil in under 8 hours! George gave me a good warranty on labor and also installed a new thermostat and gave me some free air filters.He also referred me to a good electrician since I needed some wiring work done prior. Definitely planning on referring him to other people. GREAT WORK!

My heating system went out and I called my warranty company to have someone come out and find and fix the issue. They recommended G&G's HVAC company. George was able to come out the next day. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He called in for the part that was needed, got the part and now I have heat again. All this happen literally two days before the holiday. I just want to say thank you to this company for being a lifesaver. You guys were time efficient and on point. I will be using this company and recommending to family and friends as well.
