My one year old refrigerator that I purchased from Lowe’s was not working correctly. Pedro came out to diagnose the problem, thinking it was the main control board. He came back for a second visit and replaced it, but realized that it still wasn’t working. After making some phone calls, he was able to diagnose the problem as a bad electrical cord. He came back a third time and replaced the cord and the refrigerator is working again! I had a great experience with Pedro. He worked diligently and quickly and got the job done.

Needed my dishwasher fixed as the control panel broke off, technician came out told me what needs to be replaced and said I'll receive a call within a few days when the parts are in. Got the phone call and was told their manager said they can't repair my dishwasher because it's missing parts. What appliance repair service denies an appliance missing parts? Isn't that part of an appliance repair? Was not happy. Wasted my time..

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service rep was very rude. They wanted us to take our own dishwasher out for the repair. My husband and I are not repair men and don’t feel comfortable with that. When we told to rep this he screamed at us and told us he was just going to cancel it. When my husband was trying to explain he told my husband he was talking for too long and it was now his turn to talk. The repair man that came to our house never told us it was “their policy” not to take the dishwasher out. Do not waste your time with this company the absolutely worst
