The technician who came to my home was excellent - thanks Rob! But after determining I wanted to replace it, Moe never called me back with a quote. I find that completely unprofessional, especially since you charged me $119 to come look at it, the least they could have done was given me a quote. I went with another local company who was superb! And charged a cheaper fee to come look at my hvac unit. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the technicians fault, it was his boss. I’m giving 2 stars only bc I liked the technician. Otherwise it would be negative stars.

I found this company on google and it was the best find! They were prompt to respond to my inquiry and were super professional. The technician inspected all systems going above and beyond. They also were so thoughtful thinking about the whole house. The owner called me to discuss services and then highlighted an issue they spotted that was outside their scope of work. Another company would have completely ignored the issue because it wasnt HVAC related. If you want reliable, fast and affordable service call this company!

My experience with HVAC Philly was Fantastic! 4 years ago I received complete HVAC installation bids from 6 other contractors, needless to say I chose the best 1. I called Moe 3 years later for a maintenance issue and he answered the phone on a Saturday and took the time to understand the problem which he walked me through over the phone. He assured me that if I wasn't successful, he'd send someone out. Thanks again MOE!
