This place was way too expensive & the wait for someone to come out was over two weeks. Sad, but true.

Terrible… dryer still not fixed because they ordered part from California and 9 days later it still hasn’t arrived. Should never have paid 1/2.

I bought a GE oven from Home Depot. The thing was dead on arrival, giving fault codes as soon as i installed it. Called GE and they set an appointment a week later for Dec 23 between 1 and 5. My girlfriend stayed home from work to let them in. I was working in an area with no cell service and didnt get the call from the tech who tried calling prior to coming out. Because the call never went through they cancelled my appointment. I still can't understand why. I set up the appointment with them. They sent a reminder text the night before with info to cancel if need be. The text didn't say anything about receiving a phone call prior to his arrival. I needed my oven so i replaced the board with the one they sent. I am an HVAC service tech and am more than qualified to install a board in a unit. I called today to set a time the tech could come inspect the unit to verify it was changed an keep my warranty in tact, at which point the lady said I voided the waranty.
GE is obviously putting out a junk product and it seems like a joke of a waranty service program. I spent 1500 dollars on an oven i had to repair myself and never even used until i repaired it. That is pathetic. And to void my waranty for changing the part that an adolescent could change is also pathetic. My girlfriend miss a full day of work for this nonsense. I used to like GE appliances but i will never buy one again and will discourage others from purchasing GE
