According to E P Henry Corporation, Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. is NOT AN AUTHORIZED INSTALLER and FALSELY ADVERTISES they are an E P Henry Certified Installer on their website, print advertisements and company truck. Therefore, the work Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. provided is NOT eligible or the 3-year E P Henry warranty. The hardscaping project took 4 times as long as quoted and failed to meet expectations because of mismanagement, neglect and unsupervised workmen. Whenever we questioned the progress and work, Project Manager’s demeanor was unreceptive and intimidating and he pulled the men off the job as punishment. We were constant fear that Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. would just abandon the project. On the last day of the project, the Project Manager was on the job for only 20 minutes. This was the longest time he was on our project and the sole purpose of the visit was to complain and re-measure, INTIMIDATE and DEMAND MORE MONEY from us under threat of “RIPPING EVERYTHING OUT.” Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. did not properly grade yard and did not complete work to specifications. Water pools about close to a half inch because of improper grading on patio. We would definitely NOT RECOMMEND Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. for services.

We had a lot of work completed on our home (read: an expensive job). We had a paver walkway installed. We had some irrigation work (ran downspouts underground to run off points) completed. We expanded gardens that didn’t previously have any foundation plantings by adding trees and shrubs. The team was quick to secure and complete the work, but the problem has been the follow up / remediation. The crew chief came out afterwards and saw that the lawn settled where the irrigation work was done and talked about adding soil / seed because the settling was significant (obvious), and replacing plantings (trees / shrubs) that didn’t fare well (tree trunk snapped by crew member and has been dying back since). I’ve contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made.

We had new paver walkways, retaining walls, paver driveway, new beds, plantings and site work done by Green Ridge. They provided detailed drawings, but never followed them. The foreman had never seen them. They followed their own thoughts on bed design, plantings and plantings. They had to tear out and reinstall the walls. Not happy with their work and would not use them again.

Following up on this in 2022 and several years after the installation. After not following their own design and plans, the tree that they planted in the incorrect place has grown into the power lines, which was the problem with the original tree and why we wanted it moved. The shrubs that they planted next to the air conditioner and that were never supposed to grow into the ac unit now need to be trimmed back twice annually because they grew far more than they were supposed to grow.

5-star experience. Green Ridge Landscaping delivered on their promises. They were professional, accommodating, and did everything they needed, to have our back patio completed on time. From beginning to end, they took care of obtaining the necessary permits, ensured that our drainage met county guidelines, demo'd the bushes and trees, and laid a perfect foundation for the patio. They did all of this on time and within the agreed budget (which was also much less than other companies evaluated). I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Very easy to work with, communicated well, very happy with the work they did every time.

They were very diligent and thorough throughout and they were able to work around the rain days to get the job done in a timely manner.

While Chris and the guys primarily work on commercial jobs, they were able to accommodate our residential project that rivaled (and perhaps surpasses) some commercial projects, and we are so grateful that they did!

Chris and his crew helped us prune over 100 yards of overgrown hedges, level our yard, and move our tree line further back so we have more usable lawn. The team worked tirelessly for over a week, and were meticulous in restoring order to our much overgrown property.

Highly recommend the team for the professionalism and ability to get the job done.
