Brian was very polite, courteous, and professional while replacing our water heater. He did an excellent job and made the process smooth. My only concern is that the overall replacement cost was quite expensive. This has nothing to do with Brian’s work—he was great—but Mattioni’s pricing feels on the higher side.

We have been very pleased with Mattioni' services. Technicians Ricky & Ben have both been professional, courteous and friendly - and have always showed us pictures of what they have seen and accomplished with their work.

We are very happy with Daniel's outstanding services with the installation of our new submersible well pump. Plus having a 5-year warranty on parts & labor. He explained everything we needed to know and how our well wasn't as deep saving us on cost. That was truly a blessing. We appreciate him to take the time next week to call us. To check that we're satisfied with his work or have any questions. Daniel is another Mattioni team member who lives up to their excellence in services.

We had the pleasure of working with Thomas from Mattioni Plumbing, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service and professionalism he provided. When we discovered a serious issue with our broken drain line, Thomas took the time to clearly explain the situation, walk us through all of our options, and answer every question with patience and expertise.

What really stood out was his honesty and ability to make a stressful situation feel manageable. He also helped us set up a very accommodating payment plan, which was a huge relief. It’s rare to find a company and a representative who genuinely care about both the quality of their work and the well-being of their customers, but that’s exactly what we found with Thomas and Mattioni Plumbing.

Absolutely awful experience! Their whole goal is to come in under the guise of checking things, but what they are really doing is trying to find any and everything in order ti attempt to sell you something you don’t need and or fix something for such an inflated price that it’s actually unreal! Literally tried to sell replacement toilets that over $1000 a piece. And then tried to replace a valve for $300+ and this is actually something that you could do for yourself for $20-$30. Unreal!!

Shower handle, downspout, and valve replacement was well done. Additionally, shutoff valves were installed for ease. I appreciate Mattioni’s professional and quality technicians!

I needed to replace my oversize water heater installation because of age and leaking. I went through several companies until I contacted Mattioni Plumbing. I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Mr. Norm Cahall who was the representative that reviewed my service request. I had several other companies but the professionalism, courtesy, and most of the time he took to review and explain in detail the product, cost, and service actually convinced me to use Mattioni Plumbing. If not for his professionalism and taking the time to explain what I needed and code issues, I would have chosen another company. Not only was he the sales representative, he actually installed my water heater and I was provided instructions and information along the process of the job and reviewed it with him. I was overwhelmed with the service and I would like to personally thank Mr. Cahall for his service and professionalism. I did informed him about the expensive cost but after reviewing the final product the cost was actually under what I would have been charged. I know this is long winded but when you receive excellent professional service service , appreciation for the person and job should be acknowledge. LOL I brought a service membership because of Mr. Norm Cahall.

Zach was great. He did my plumbing inspection, showed me and explained what he recommended needs to be done, but didn't pressure me to get anything done right away. Zach was very thorough.

Daniel Tyler inspected our whole house plumbing while I bothered him with questions. He was friendly, patient,and answered my questions. He even educated me on things I hadn't asked about. Should we decide to move forward with some of the plumbing issues we have, I'm definitely going with Mattioni. Great service!

Called because we didn’t have hot water. A tech came out in about 20 minutes, explained the issue in detail, and installed a new water heater in a few hours at a great price. The tech was professional and courteous throughout our experience. Highly recommend.
