Randy is the nicest, friendliest and most honest guy in the business. Not only does he do an AMAZING and THOROUGH job, he’s incredibly responsive, fast and you won’t even be able to tell that you’ve had a tree down when he leaves. Randy has done several jobs for me and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I give him my most enthusiastic 5 star review!!

Exceeding expectations.

Randy and his crew were professional helpful and went over and involved what they had to do. They were at a neighbors after a bad windstorm, which caused damage to our property as well. They didn’t have to offer to help us, but they happily did. They were great!

I’ve used SHS Trees for multiple projects from dropping trees to cleaning up storm damage. The latest project was from a massive pine tree that was knocked down during the last wind storm.

I can’t express enough how pleased we are with the service that SHS tree service provided. They provided a reasonable quote plus came out in a timely manner to meet my schedule for removal. The crew paid particular attention to make sure that they didn’t cause any damage to the house during removal. They also did a good job on cleaning up the refuge left from the tree.

I am very satisfied with SHS Trees. They did a wonderful job topping and pruning massive trees growing close to my house and wiring. They also took care of another thing that I had trouble getting anyone else to do. They were very professional and.I would recommend them very highly.

I had 2 trees trimmed, 2 pine trees cut down and chipped, and 12 to 15 trees felled in place in the woods behind my house to prevent them from falling on my house. The latter were tricky due to close clumping of the trees that could cause them to hang up on each other and the trees further into the woods. So safety was top priority and they planned and executed the job with precision. Randy and the group did a fantastic and professional job, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They were very professional and courteous throughout, and arrived exactly when they said they would. Others highly recommended Randy to me and I would do the same. Very happy and satisfied !!!

This guy was awesome! After the huge storm/ tornado he was there first thing the next morning to remove the downed trees and branches from my neighbor's yard. He was very respectful of my adjoining property and cleared any debris that had flown into our yard. They were all so friendly and professional. I later found out that the price was also extremely reasonable, especially considering the urgent nature of the work that needed to be done and the extent of the damage. Although I didn't need to hire him this time, thankfully, if I need this type of service in the future he will be my first call! Thank you again for being so considerate of my property.

We recently had the misfortune to have a good sized tree fall in our driveway. Thank goodness nobody was hurt, the tree missed our vehicles when it fell, and the only real damage was to part of our roof gutter that got taken out as the tree went down. So we were lucky, but...
. there was now a big tree lying in our driveway.

My experience has been that, when texting and calling around to businesses to get quotes for urgent home repairs, there are three types of responses--the first is... no response. Ever. The second type is a prompt response along with a promise to come out 'later today or tomorrow,' followed by ghosting. The third (and, sadly, the rarest of types) is the prompt response with an actual follow-through visit to your house.

Fortunately, in my case, SHS Trees--one of the first places that I contacted-- fell into that Unicorn third category. Even better, their quote was much lower than I had anticipated. No sales pressure, no upselling-- just provided a quote and left it up to me.

Choosing them was a no-brainier. Took the crew no time at all to remove that bark-covered bad boy from the property, and didn't leave a mess in the process. Plus the little things that they provided, like a business card with a QR so you can look online at their current insurance policy, really made for a good experience. And to top it off, they are a real friendly and courteous bunch of folks.

So...by all means, get multiple quotes for your tree service needs (that is, if multiple outfits actually get back to you), but make sure to include SHS Trees in the mix.

Very happy with their service! I had a small tree leaning on my incoming power line. The owner came on a Saturday to give a price and ended up cutting down the same day before the tree completely fell over and took out the power line. He did the job safely and for a great price.

They removed some trees from along my fence line and cleaned up immaculately. Prices were very fair. The crew went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Contacted them. Was really excited to have such a great arborist to work with. At their request, sent many photos of the work, which was pretty simple and straightforward. Had several discussions with the wife. Then suddenly... nothing, No response to repeated texts and calls. Finally got her to answer the phone and she said, "Well, my husband can't do the job." No reason why.

If she had spent 2 minutes on a call or a text letting me know this she would have saved me 3 weeks of waiting and I wouldn't have written this review. Apparently, they do good work if they show up. But for me, they didn't.

Called to get an estimate on a few trees and shrubs removed. Was told only does estimates on weekends. Asked for a call before you come so someone will be home.. NO PHONE CALL was made just showed up in am on a Sunday.. gave a quote and we told we would let them know.. called at 8am 2 weeks later and said they will be here later to do job.. we never agreed to this nor was anything in writing.. when called to let them know not to come Randy was rude and with resistance.. do better business

Randy & his workers removed two dead trees. Very professional. Removed the trees & cleaned up the yard & street. Even took broken branches around other trees in the yard. Great company for the money. I've checked out other companies & his company deserves the 5 star rating & more!

Great service! My neighbor and I had a tree on our property line that needed to come down. The three man crew worked fast, were courteous and left the yard looking much better than when they started. What a relief to not have to worry about a dead tree coming down on the house or vehicle. Very reasonably priced as well.
