in Oct of 25, I contacted SHS TREE SERVICE to cut down a tree that was over 100 feet tall, the CREW showed up with a bucket truck,all their Safety Gear on and went rt to work. Crew was Professional, Attentive to my needs and got the Job Done in a timely manner and did a great Clean Up JOB. I could not ask for a better TREE SERVICE THEN SHS... KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB

Contacted them. Was really excited to have such a great arborist to work with. At their request, sent many photos of the work, which was pretty simple and straightforward. Had several discussions with the wife. Then suddenly... nothing, No response to repeated texts and calls. Finally got her to answer the phone and she said, "Well, my husband can't do the job." No reason why.

If she had spent 2 minutes on a call or a text letting me know this she would have saved me 3 weeks of waiting and I wouldn't have written this review. Apparently, they do good work if they show up. But for me, they didn't.

Called to get an estimate on a few trees and shrubs removed. Was told only does estimates on weekends. Asked for a call before you come so someone will be home.. NO PHONE CALL was made just showed up in am on a Sunday.. gave a quote and we told we would let them know.. called at 8am 2 weeks later and said they will be here later to do job.. we never agreed to this nor was anything in writing.. when called to let them know not to come Randy was rude and with resistance.. do better business
