I was having trouble with my furnace (oil boiler). Mike came the same day i called and replaced the motor. Came back the next day to replace the fuel pump. He let me look over his shoulder the whole time and explained what does what. He was so nice. Great job!

WE RECENTLY HAD FAYETTE HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING INSTALL A NEW HEAT PUMP AND RE-DESIGN AND RE-DO OUR DUCT SYSTEM. THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND SKILLFUL. THEIR EXPERIENCE AND CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS QUITE EVIDENT IN THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED. I HAD LOOKED AT A FEW RELATIVES AND FRIENDS HVAC WORK THAT THEY HAD DONE BY OTHER LOCAL COMPANIES AND THE OVERALL FINISHED PRODUCT FROM FAYETTE WAS NO COMPARISON. THEIR WORKMANSHIP AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS PRETTY IMPRESSIVE, EVEN TO MY "UN-TRAINED EYES". WE MAY HAVE GOTTEN 1 OR 2 ESTIMATES THAT WERE A LITTLE CHEAPER BUT I FEEL WE RECEIVED A VERY GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE THAT WE PAID. I WOULD RECOMMEND FAYETTE HEATING & A/C WITHOUT HESITATION. 609jc

Terrible, not professional, been calling them for a month and a half about fixing the part they took out of furnace, still trying to get results

Had their services before, very reliable coming out to service and repair your a/c and heating units for you. Up front of the cost for anything they do

The repair man was totally professional and knowledgeable. The cost for the 3rd trip was higher than the last, 1/2 the time.

Fixed our A/C in less than an hour, technician was friendly and knowledgeable, told us what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future.

The two men, Jason and Jamie, who insralled our furnace were very polite, fast and personable. It seems Jason picked up Jamies slack.

Not a fan...I did not get a receipt, and when our AC was looked at, they wanted 5900, to replace our Carrier. We got a second opinion and it turned out to be a capacitor. $300 fix, not 5900~!!!

Contacted this company 3 weeks ago for a new furnace, they came to my house twice. 3 weeks later never heard a thing back. Got a brand new furnace from another local company.
