Over price. City electric supply charged me 50ft for $266.81+tax and American power charged me 70ft for $224+tax. Both are same brand same cable. Please see more on the attached picture.

Requested to check why landscaping lights are not working, the price they gave is $59 drive cost $300 diagnostic cost + $711 repair 15ft regular landscaping wire. They are outrageous and in reasonable. I got a local guy to fix the issue in less than 35 minutes and costed $300 it was a simple fix. They tried to take advantage of my situation, better to shop around. Not reliable people.

I have used all phase electric twice now to install an EV charger in my garage. The first time was in 2018 and the second time was just this past week. Both times, they did an excellent job with minimal openings required in the drywall from my basement, they hid their conduits and cables very nicely, and the chargers were great. I recently recommended them for a neighbor as well, who recently purchased a vehicle.

I want to share my experience with All Phase Electic Co. The company is located in Upper Darby, PA. First, I had excellent service about four years ago. They installed/replaced an outside flood light which was professionally done and required a bucky truck to reach the light. I was delighted with their work, and it was a reasonable price for their service. I requested their assistance again in November 2022 to install/replace an outside flood light in the back of our home. The job only required a ladder and was reasonably priced. However, I wanted more professional service and shared my concerns. They replaced the light fixture I provided with a box that allowed exposed wiring. I was unhappy with the job and consulted other professionals who felt the job primarily would not meet local code.

A wire was exposed going into the box. I asked if they could put all wires in the box, which I thought would have been done the first time. The cost of doing it correctly would be $565.00, which I felt was unreasonable, but I signed the contract, not knowing they had the attention to charge me the $335.00 for the first visit. The total cost would be $565.00. However, shortly after paying $565.00, I received another payment notice afterward of $335.00. The total costs to replace an outside flood light I provided and existing wiring that took less than an hour cost $900.00. I share this with you all, so this does not happen to you. The first service was at least a month and a half before the second service to correct the problem. There is no way I would have requested their service if I had received the first service bill. The service was going to be $565.00 in total. I have attached some pictures of the two jobs. Needs to say, I am looking for excellent and honest electric company services.

I had to have my air conditioner fixed. I called All Phase. The customer service was awesome. Eric came out and he had it working and he was knowledgeable and after he gave me the solutions as to what we could do to fix things, we made a decision on what was best and I loved it. I would definitely choose All Phase for my electrical needs.

Kenneth & team came out to do multiple different electrical projects in our home. Many lights needed troubleshooting, which they completed efficiently and got to the root issue to make sure it didn’t happen again. They also patched everything up nicely and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process!

Richard from Ace Hardware Services came out to inspect our generator after a recent HVAC wiring mishap, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly personable and took the time to explain each part of the process in a clear and professional manner.

Once he confirmed that the generator was fully operational, he asked if I’d like the annual service done while he was already on-site — I was thrilled to get it all taken care of without needing to schedule another visit. Richard also fixed a heater unit and replaced the generator battery to ensure we wouldn’t be without power during an outage — something that’s especially important since I work from home.

To top it off, I signed up for their service plan, which includes automatic twice-a-year maintenance — one less thing for me to keep track of!

I highly recommend Richard and the entire Ace Hardware Services team. Exceptional service, attention to detail, and peace of mind all in one visit!

The electricians did a great job. They were thorough and also explained everything. Plus, they were very nice.

Eric did a great job checking every smoke detector in our home and replacing the malfunctioning ones. He also covered his shoes upon entering our home. We will use him again for our electrical needs!

I had an excellent experience with All Phase! From my 1st phone call to wrapping up the job each person I delt with was straight forward, pleasant and knowledgeable, and did I mention pleasant? Eric, who did the work, was perfect - he knew exactly what needed to be done, did the job neatly, and even treated my dog beautifully. And if I’m not mistaken the whole job came in under the quoted price and was done quicker than expected - when does that ever happen???

Ace / All Phases Electric did an EV home charging install, and they were EXCELLENT to work with. Very clear and timely communication, easy scheduling, and highly professional installation, including training on how to use the new tool!

On an emergency repair call, they were professional, helpful and provided alternatives that fixed the issue. I would definitely recommend this type of service!
