Amazing company. JP Tree service was prompt, polite, reasonably priced and completed the job above expectations. He was very knowledgeable about trees in general and was a really nice genuine guy. Highly recommend for any of your tree maintenance or removal needs.

JP tree service was great. They had a great price, were responsive to my needs and made quick work of my old beach tree while trimming two others. They left me the pieces for firewood as I asked and they even went back to take one more branch down I noticed after they were done and packing up.

I will definitely used JP tree services in the future. They were so professional and great customer service is everything to me. Price was amazing for the work they did three days ago. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! you won't be disappointed I promise 🙌🏾❤🧡💚💚

JP is a life saver! Reliable and efficient. Be patient 🙏 he's a very busy man this season, but I was treated well and he came when he said he would. I hope I don't need his services again lol but if I have another situation I know just who to call!

Jorge and his team rescued my cat from the top of a 60 foot tree. I called them at 7:00pm, they arrived the next morning at 8:00am. I am amazed by and grateful for their prompt, friendly and professional service!

Jorge and his crew did a great job working on numerous trees on my property. The price was fair, they were prompt, worked fast and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend Jorge and his skilled crew and will call upon JPTree service in the future!

Inquired and got a quote the same day which was great and the quote seemed too good to be true. We had an extremely large tree that needed to come down. I responded after the weekend and was told they could come out in the next two days to cut it down.
The day they arrive- they arrived earlier than what they said, which was fine with me. Better early than late. However I guess it wasn’t communicated which tree they were to cut down because they started to cut down my pine tree. Strike 1. I ran out to try to explain it wasn’t that tree and it was the other. They stopped, man in the tree apologized and although I thought it was no big deal it was still enough to make me question everything.
A few minutes later the same man came over to tell me there were bees in the tree and he needed rags otherwise they couldn’t cut the tree. I’m sure they’ve run into this problem many time before and was wondering why they weren’t equipped for bees. Strike 2. I went and gave them two good towels and even insect killer. Obviously never saw them again.
They worked hard on the tree, I’ll give them that. But they ended up dropping a branch onto another branch which caused that branch to fall on my power line. Strike 3. My power was out for exactly 4 days. Constantly going back and forth with Peco and being kicked to the bottom of the list because people were out with storm damage and this was “our” doing. My internet and WiFi was restored 6 days later. Hundreds of dollars of food in the trash, (and now hundreds of dollars of food to buy) we had to find day and overnight sitters for our kids (more $$) and hundreds of dollars in air units and extension cords to run from our neighbors house to run at night for our dog to sleep comfortably. A complete and utter nightmare. And not even an apology for it.
Strike 4 was when they told us they would come back the next day to finish the stump grinding- which they did but then left after 2 hours and did not finish and did not say anything about leaving. I thought maybe they went on a lunch break until about 4:30 I realized they for sure were not coming back. I had to email to ask for communication and to be updated with what’s happening. I am an understanding person and get things happen and things change, but that needs to be communicated prior.
So 3 days later it was completely done. They did work extremely hard and battled through the bees but just acting like everything was fine knocking out all of our lines was not okay. Again, an apology and trying to fix the situation would have been nice. Sometimes a cheap price isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Lesson learned. Stars given to those that worked hard on this ginormous tree in the heat.

Took off work to be at my house for thier 11am arrival. They never showed up till 3:30 . No one spoke
English . Could not get them to understand what they were to do. Called their office. Said they would send some one over in about 45 minutes to explain what was to be done. I told them to leave. Don't know how they got a five star rating

Jorge did an amazing job with our trees we needed cleaned up, his pricing was very reasonable and they got the job done faster than expected with excellent attention to detail all while cleaning up as if they had never been there. 5 star crew, 5 star service will definitely be a returning customer!

I called JP Tree Service to have a Tree removed from the back of my house. Paul came out, did an assessment and said, to let him know when I want the job done. I text and called the same day to finalized an appointment. JP Tree Service (Paul) never responded to my text or the secretary, that I talked to on the phone numerous times. Therefore, I called to let them know the situation, and to tell them, I no longer needed their service. To this day, I received no apology. I can say, with 100% confidence, that JP Tree Service has irresponsible employees and is an irresponsible company. Shame on you Paul!

These Folks Service Is Impeccable 🙏🏽 can’t say enough about their service. I had them remove and install some trees on my property front to the backyard. They did a wonderful job and were super quick. I will definitely be using them in the future. You wont be disappointed!

I called Jorge around 3pm asking for a quote and he was at my house by 5pm. He gave a quote that I couldn't pass up and we scheduled the work. It was originally two weeks out, but a day opened up and Jorge and his crew showed up 3 days later. They took out four trees and stump ground two of them for me. They worked all day until the everything was done. I was happy with the work and asked if they'd be able to come back to clear out some brush. They were back the next week. The entire crew was very friendly and did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Neighbors were impressed and also asking for quotes when they saw the work being done.

They did a great job on my yard. They were on time. Had great customer service and were professional. I would have given a higher review if they would let me. Strongly recommend them.

Jorge and his team did a great job removing a hazardous tree from the backyard of our South Philadelphia row home! I called and he arrived the same day to give me a quote (very fair pricing!!). He was there the very next morning and the tree was gone in less than an hour! Highly recommend!
