I had an emergency pipe repair over the weekend and they were able to come out the next day to repair it. They also kept in constant contact with me to make sure everything could be completed when they came out. The service was extremely thorough and they made sure everything was explained to me. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I called and they sent somebody out so fast. Jesse was awesome and explained everything that needed to be done and possible scenarios. Thank you Jesse H. for your help.

We have been customers for almost 20 years and in that time not only have I ever received bad treatment but I have always been able to speak to someone and scheduling service has been so easy. The technicians are all well trained and educated which I greatly appreciate- as well when they are supposed to be at your home at a certain time they always are and if they ever are running behind i always get a phone call or text- they are also very professional when speaking to you. the office staff is always professional, kind and listen well and honor all requests they can. They are very accommodating especially if you work and can’t wait a 4 hour window- they always text when the tech is 10 minutes away. I have felt extremely well taken care of for all these years.

McLoughlin plumbing service was first rate. My call to the office was answered immediately, and service for the clogged toilet was scheduled for same day. The plumber was on time, worked efficiently, and kept me informed throughout the process. it was repaired professionally. I would highly recommend McLoughlin.

Great service. Serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with diagnosis and was able to make all repairs in the same day. He found an issue that was significant, that was different from what I placed the call for. He also made suggestions for other changes that aren’t needed quite yet but that should be on my radar. I’m grateful for the thorough and comprehensive service.

Excellent Service. They installed a new heating system in my home. The professionalism is top notch. Recently took care of a plumbing issue in my home. I would definitely recommend them. Certainly our go to heating and plumbing company.

The technician came to my home during the window of time that was given to me by the main office. The gentleman was very polite and professional. He put on his "booties" to enter the house. I showed him the outside hose spigot. The technician shared with me that I really didn't need to tie off the spigot line but could use a new knob for the spigot. He explained the costs but there really wasn't a cost difference he explained "why would you tie off a perfectly good spigot if you can have one for the front yard and one for the backyard."
I liked the fact that he shared this information in a non-pushy way. He went to work. In and out. He understood that I had to work while he was at my home. Overall a great experience.
On June 19, 2024- the HVAC tech came out to check out the AC unit. Provided options provided solid advice. The technician was nice and polite. Thank you. McLoughlin provides across the board quality, consistent and professional technicians as their business model. Nice to know people still care about those things.

Ted came out to assess a clogged drain in my basement soon after I called, on a Sunday no less. He got it cleared efficiently and was a great resource in explaining how the drain system works in the house. I highly recommend McLoughlin Plumbing Heating & Cooling for any plumbing problems!

I had a major leak issue with my main water valve inside my home . I think it was Bill came assed the situation. went outside to prepare what he needed, came in and did a great job, Totally happy with the service and the job

Theodore came to our home to evaluate our Moen kitchen faucet. He was able to quickly identify the problem and fixed it immediately. He offered helpful advice and gave us detailed information in the event we needed to follow-up with the manufacturer. There was no mess or cleanup involved. If we have any other issues, we will be requesting Theodore’s assistance.

1) Quickly diagnosed the HTP water heater failure, then took the necessary steps to quickly acquire the requited part. Cold showers are no fun, thus speed to resolve is greatly appreciated.

2) Diagnosed ejector pump failure, ordered a replacement and provided an estimate. As always, the process and the on-site work were timely and efficient. Eric was cheerful, patiently answered my questions and scheduled the installation of the replacement parts.

3) Theodore replaced several frozen valves, replaced cartridges and diagnosed issues with faucet repair/installation. He is quick, efficient but plenty patient in answering my questions. All in all, he is a consummate professional and a fine representative of the McLoughlin organization.

I would leave 10 stars if I could. I called on a weekend and got prompt personalized service. Steve the tech was outstanding - he personally called me on a Saturday. Listened to the video of the problem I was experiencing. He talked me through what he thought was happening, came out on Sunday and I just could not be more grateful. We will absolutely be using this company in the future, and will be requesting Steve as he was incredible! Thanks McLoughlin!

Your man, Chris, arrived cheerfully as scheduled, promptly installed the air scrubber in the AC in the attic, then courteously explained all it would accomplish and how to run it. He efficiently arranged for me to make my payment with my new credit card. In all, a pleasant experience.

I had shopped around before going with McLoughlin and what sold me the most on them was their honesty and the fact that they didn't try to sell me on any additional work that I didn't need done. I was assured that the job I needed done would take a day and it was completed within a few hours. Amazing experience all around!

Called for an emergency service call on a Saturday at 5 PM of a holiday weekend and couldn’t be more satisfied. Theodore quickly diagnosed our issue and repaired a leaking toilet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. 5 stars!
