I called for an estimate for my hot water heater and a boiler . This guy came and promised me an estimate in the next two days. after a week I called them again and they told me someone will call you. I tried many time calling them Nothing was happening . I still didn't get my estimate. They might don't know what they doing either the made enough money . Don't want more business. So I will give them zero all over .
Called after a horrible experience with a big corporate company; they were recommended by my home warranty company and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for that. I called them and got an appointment the same day; said they'd be there within 1.5 hours and arrived before hand. Replaced what was broken on my central a/c unit and was super friendly with my pit bull! I will keep this company in mind for all help I need going forward. Thank you so much!
I called Nichols and they were VERY!! nice to speak with and had someone at my home asap the next morning.. The person that arrived was VERY PROFESSIONAL!! and EFFICIENT!! and QUICK!! This would have been something i could have done myself if it wasn't for 2 work related injuries that have seriously impacted my ability to do things and because of that there were some heavy things that had to be moved before the fellow could start working and he was great and quickly and carefully had moved everything.. I would recommend Nichols to anyone and EVERYONE!! And just so you know i am an actual customer i am signing my name to this review!! WILLIAM R. MILES
I had a very good experience with this company (which has been a struggle area with other companies). I got my hot water heater replaced in which I inquired about the job on Monday, was given a phenomenal quote on Monday, and got the work done on Tuesday. I am impressed with the responsiveness via emails, them having a hot water tank in stock, and the time it took to uninstall my old tank and install the new tank (2 hours). They were clean during the process (which is awesome because I have OCD). I guarantee you will not receive a better price from a professional company (pertaining to a hot water heater replacement and I’m sure other services). I know because I shopped around. Overall, I highly recommend Nichol’s and I’m glad I found this gem of a company. I will be using them again in the future!
