I had an issue with the shower faucet and Cody did a nice job fixing it. He showed up on time, was genuinely friendly, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. He walked me through what he found and what my options were, without any pressure or upselling. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and treated my home with respect.

Codey was great, cleaned the clog, was very informative and efficient, and put in the order for a camera to come out and make sure there were no other issues.

I dont know which plade he came frrom just to look at a job and give me a price. lIt was to install a garbage disposal that I would buy myself and they would install Well $457. to install is crazy so I called Home Depot and got the price of $208. So why would I pay that much and I told the young man do not make an apoointment for me unless I for that. Well they got the word to schedule it anyway. I called, I told them no. and then later they called to tell I was on the schedule! I said report that man. I did not agree to have Roto Routyher do that work!! I am trying to report this whole thing to BBB.
