I had an issue with the shower faucet and Cody did a nice job fixing it. He showed up on time, was genuinely friendly, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. He walked me through what he found and what my options were, without any pressure or upselling. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and treated my home with respect.

Codey was great, cleaned the clog, was very informative and efficient, and put in the order for a camera to come out and make sure there were no other issues.

We had Troy come to our home for a drain issue tonight. He was very efficient - professional & helpful to us.

Rik, our plumber, came out to our house on short notice and solved all of our issues. He fixed our leak problem very quickly and effectively. He was also very nice and explained everything to us.

From the very beginning, Rik listened to our situation and past experience, (used this information to help solve the problem). Rik explained what he was going to do, step by step, and the fee for each procedure. Rik was pleasant and friendly.

Called and received same day service, which is very helpful. Roto-Rooter gave us a time of arrival and they kept us informed of any delays. The service tech was very helpful, considerate and informative. He did not give up until the problem was corrected. Would definitely call them again if needed.

Rik and Devin did a great job fixing a leak we had. Very professional, great communication and kept me updated on ETA. Did a great job explaining needed to be done and why. Very happy with the results and grateful to them. Thanks guys!

Mark was great. Quickly resolved a drainage issue. He was timely and thorough. Went above and beyond. Did not try to over charge or mislead. Told me what the issue was and how he would resolve and did exactly that. Thankful for the fix

Codey was awesome. First time getting plumbing work done on my house and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Codey explained to me the cause of the leak and gave me two quotes depending on what needed to be done. He was in and out in two hours! I will definitely be using him again next time. Highly recommend.

We had a sewer backup in our basement and we were not sure if it was due to frozen lines. I called Roto-Rooter in the morning during a very busy time and Codey came out later on the same day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to clear the backup in a short amount of time. We will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter again if we have any other problems in the future.

Old water heater expired, needed a new water heater installed. Dan and Devin were very professional and very detailed in their knowledge. Easy to talk to. Never felt like I was bothering them with questions I asked. Did an outstanding job on the installation of the new water heater and new lines and expansion tank. I strongly recommend Roto-Rooter!

Corey was such a huge help in getting our kitchen faucet and RO system installed. He also helped fix a pesky dishwasher clog and ensured that everything was leak-free and water lines/tubing were organized neatly before he left. I would recommend him and Roto Rooter to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber!!

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain that I tried to clear with a manual snake that was only 15 ft. long but needed something longer and sturdier. Called Roto Rooter and they sent someone within a few hours. Rik showed up and was polite, courteous and professional throughout the visit. After I explained what I had tried, he said he could try a longer snake and explained the cost if he was successful clearing the clog. He said if unsuccessful, they would only charge $150 and then discuss what other options they might suggest. We agreed to the price and I signed off on what we agreed to and also a form that doesn’t hold Roto Rooter to blame if there is any pipe breakage or damage during the work.

Rik retrieved his snake equipment from his truck and got to work. It took a little bit of time, maybe 30 minutes or so but eventually was successful clearing the clogged drain. Rik explained that they guaranteed if the drain clogged again within 6 months, they would return and unclog it again at no charge. Rik cleared his tools and equipment and came back with the final paperwork for me to sign off on and make payment.

Mark with Roto Rooter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We moved into a new home with a lot of issues and he knew exactly what to do and was able to explain it all to me. I will call him again in the future for sure!

Very easy to book an appointment online in a timely manner. The service technician, Rik, arrived during the time window as promised and provided updates on arrival time. Once here he assessed the problem and quickly fixed it. Rik was very personable and professional.

Mark came on Christmas Eve and was wonderful helpful and very professional . He spent an hour diagnosing and fixing our clogged drain in our garage. I would definitely recommend mark for any plumbing issues, he was fabulous to work with

I’ll keep it real here….I am a new young home owner and was a bit terrified when I caught a whiff of sewer stench permeating my house suddenly at 10pm. I called roto rooter and our technician Rik was at our place less than an hour after our initial call. Super nice, speedy work, and answered all of our questions. I can sleep peacefully tonight. What a life saver

After initially calling another plumbing company which promises weekend service (who failed to show up), we called Roto Rooter, which 1) Had a dispatcher call w/in 40 minutes to get details about the service which was needed, followed by a call with the name of the plumber whom they were sending; 2) Sent very knowledgeable plumber Qwayne half an hour later.
Qwayne, who is a Master Plumber, diagnosed the problem and resolved it within 20 minutes, including describing to us what was wrong, how he resolved it, and how to prevent the issue in the future. Quayne was professional, courteous, and very pleasant despite working long hours on a weekend.
We've deleted the plumbing company whom we used to call from our address book, and replaced them with Roto Rooter. And we'll ask for Qwayne if he's available the next time we need a plumber for anything.
