We used NHTS to trim a very large Maple in our backyard. The entire process, from getting an estimate to getting scheduled to getting the job done, was smooth and easy to navigate. The price seemed very reasonable and the work they did was great. The tree looks fantastic, balanced and healthy. And they cleaned up after themselves very well. I would absolutely recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with North Hills Tree Service. A few months ago we were looking for recommendations for an assessment of the health of our trees and a proposal for some much needed pruning of a number of very large, older trees on our property. We received a recommendation from a neighbor to who had used and was very satisfied with North Hills Tree Service so we contacted them as well as two others. From the beginning we were impressed with their responsiveness and communication. We were provided with a prompt, well articulated proposal. We had some questions and received prompt and professional responses, and an additional visit to re-assess and respond to some of our questions. In comparison with others that we evaluated, we found their approach to be logical, balanced, easy to understand, and fair and reasonable. We had to wait a few months to get on their calendar but they completed the work on the date that they committed to come. The crew was efficient and professional. We were impressed by how attentive they were to leaving the property in better shape than they found it with their attention to clean up.
