Overall a really good experience Justice was very knowledgeable and explained everything fully. He made sure I completely understood everything he was doing. I am very pleased with the experience with Justice and Lawrence Plumbing.

Mr. Nick C was super cool and pleasant to be around. I felt safe inviting him into my home alone, gives off a very trustworthy vibe. He explained things detailed and straight to the point. I wasn’t confused during this process at all and understood what he was working on. He’s a fast worker with detailed work computer/plumbing. Extremely helpful and relates. Thank you for helping me out.

They canceled our apportionment the day of the inspection. Their phone reps are completely ignorant and reluctant to get answers to their customers. Perhaps maybe get your technicians and phone reps on the same page so you can tell your customers which units you do and do not work on. Not a good look. Lousy business.

I've enlisted services from Lawrence plumbing several times over the past few years and remain satisfied. The tech was punctual, seemed knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently.

We disconnected a water line for refrigerator/freezer ice maker and we're unable to get cold water pipe from leaking. Technician was at house in less than an hour from calling. Very nice on phone and technician also very nice and efficient.
I highly recommend.

EDIT: The reply to my review is erroneous. I received a text back from their system which told me they had openings. I told them I would find a company that dealt with me like a person. There was no further reply or interaction, and definitely no appointment scheduled. Very disappointing.

Lawrence Plumbing, Heating and Cooling replaced our kitchen sink and we’re very happy with the results! Scheduling was flexible and communication was awesome. Bob and Ben were professional and efficient! Highly recommend!!

Nick was a very thorough plumbing technician and fixed my problems quickly. He also took the time to educate me not only on the current repair work but explained what might be needed in the future.

Nick was absolutely fantastic! We had a complicated situation with our water heater - he was patient, kind, on time and very thorough. He was able to properly diagnose the issue and explained the options for the solutions in a way we could easily understand. Highly recommend Lawrence Plumbing and Nick specifically as a plumber!

Dan and Scott did a great job replacing our sewer line. Greg was helpful and friendly. Staff worked with us when our insurance refused to cover cost. Will definitely use again for any plumbing need.

I have a number of jobs done by Lawrence, and I can easily say that I have never had a negative experience at any level of the organization. From the people in the office, to the salespeople, and especially the crews, everyone has been kind, professional, and, most importantly, honest! In particular, my interactions with Justice have always been positive, and he always patiently explained what he is doing and why, and how to keep the equipment running well. It’s a great learning experience for me. I’d highly recommend Lawrence for any job!

Joe came out and replaced the faucet to the washer. He kept me informed on his arrival time, was respectful and did his job in a professional manner. He is a definite asset to the company.

Lawrence was able to come out the next day for an HVAC furnace service call. This was for a second opinion. When the technician arrived, I was told that my heat exchanger was cracked and leaking carbon monoxide into my ventilation system. He thought he was going to have to 'red tag' my furnace and shut it off but in the end decided he didn't need to. He told me that the original installation of the furnace was not correct and simply repairing the problem was not a good idea as the installation issue would cause it to break again. We paid for an annual service contract and waited patiently for the office to send an estimate for a new furnace installation. During that time I got numerous messages confirming and canceling new service appointments. Calling the office was useless because you can only speak with an AI operator. In the days I waited for an estimate I called another HVAC repair company who came out, failed to detect ANY carbon monoxide, and fixed the furnace by cleaning out the furnace exhaust which had accumulated leaves and twigs. I did not need a furnace or furnace repair and there were no dangerous fumes in my house.

On contacting the office with my concerns, I was repeatedly ignored. I would avoid this company. Unfortunately I still have the annual service contract with I intend to use to the max.

To be fair, after I posted the above review, I again tried to contact this company through a text string we had been using but with no response. I then called the company office again and spoke with their virtual assistant. I was contacted by text and after two days they informed me they were refunding all money I had paid them. No actual person to person contact, no apology, but at least they did give me my money back, so I guess that does speak well for them in that way.

Nick is an awesome plumber. He is highly skilled at his trade, and cares about the work he does which keeps me a happy customer. Nick did an absolutely fantastic job when I had an issue with my sink recently, and I plan to call him and Lawrence to address future issues or upgrades. Thanks!

Bob came out to add some plumbing for a dishwasher. He was on time and efficient and shared some quality conversation. Left the site looking clean and tidy and everything was done exactly as stated on the estimate. Very happy with the price and the service.
