The operator came by and corrected what another carpet cleaner had done, which appeared to have aggravated rug stains. He didn't overpromise, took the time to clarify what he would do, and executed exactly what he said. The rugs appear a lot better.

I have peace of mind knowing my tenant has a place that is up to my own standards of cleanliness, thanks to J & N Villanova Carpet & Upholstery . Our carpets were heavily stained and their workers did a fantastic job removing every single one.

I called J&N to clean the carpets at a 3 bedroom rental property. I was quoted $85 to complete the job. On the day the work was scheduled they called to say it would be $245. The representative I spoke to said J&N sold my job to their company which is called SOS Professional Cleaning. I was never told by J&N my business would be sold to another company. Unfortunately I needed the job done immediately so I had to pay triple the amount I was quoted. I don't recommend working with this company.

I chose J & N Villanova Carpet & Upholstery because the previous carpet cleaning company I hired did not do the job quite right. This is the first time I've used their service. I find that their staffs are very accommodating. I would recommend their service to anyone.
