Reviews of local pros in Wampum, Pennsylvania

Kelly did an excellent job helping my mother with her tree cleanup. My mother is elderly and I live out of town. Kelly worked with her, demonstrated patience and did a great job.

Top notch husband and wife run business. Great communication, easy to work with, pricing was inline with other quotes that I received. They took down 5 trees and processed another that was downed by lightning. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again, and probably will need to because we have a lot of trees :)

Kelly has been an absolute blessing to work with. In between contracting the work (brush removal and construction of a pretty extensive block retaining wall) and things getting done, my MIL was involved in an accident; Kelly and her crew were even wonderful about making some modifications to the original plans to help with accessibility later. The finished work looks GREAT, too. I can’t praise them enough!!!!

They were very reasonable with the price. They did a very good job. They cut three pine trees down for us and two were very tall. They did a good job with the stump removal and clean up. My husband and I were very pleased! I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service ! We had all the landscaping in our yard redone and are so pleased with how great it looks ! Highly recommended Banks Tree Services, LLC !

Bank's Tree Service did a great job trimming tree limbs away from the electrical wires. They removed the dead branches and cleaned up the mess. Service was done in November, 2022. I am just late posting this review. I would recommend using this service. I am going to call them regarding some landscape and design work in the spring.

I highly recommend these folks. I called multiple companies for an estimate. Everyone was around the same price. What separates these folks from everyone else was how knowledgeable and professional they were. They are good at what they do. The tree they cut down was close to my house. At no point was I ever nervous about what they were doing. I’m very happy with their work.

Banks’ has always been our go to tree experts. They are professional and efficient. Kelly is wonderful at keeping us informed and for following up once the job is done. Bravo to the team.

It is so nice to find a first class Company that did a wonderful job. They removed to 2 very large pines trees 70 + feet. The crew went about their business as soon as they arrived at the appointment time. Amazing to watch the care they took with my property and the Neighbors. When they finished for the day the yard was raked and used a blower to clean the saw dust and debris. Would highly recommend!!

This is a Class A operation. They were very competitive in their bidding (the lowest of five competitors), did professional work, got the job done quickly and safely, left behind no mess, and provided a thorough contract that protects both the homeowner, neighbors' property, and the firm. We used Banks' not only because of their competitive bid, but because we knew others who were very pleased with the job they did with similar work at their homes. Moreover, they were the only company to include topsoiling, grass-seeding, and straw covering over the work area, including a 5' diameter ground out stump site.

The tree they felled on our property was an 80+ year-old, twin trunk, 75+ foot pin oak tree that was six feet from our house and loomed dangerously over our roof. In four days (included a weekend of work) they had the tree down, stump removed, yard cleaned, and place cleaned up spotlessly. They also trimmed a nearby mature birch tree. How they managed to drop the pin oak without so much as brushing up against our roof or house is beyond me. They were real pro's! Great entertainment, too, if you like to watch death-defying tree-climbing.

Last, Kelly Banks is owner, estimator and project manager along with her husband. She is friendly, capable, firm to her word, and always kept my wife and me in the communication loop. We were never left out in the dark. It was clear that she cared about us, the professionalism of the company, and our overall satisfaction.

We have nothing but good things to say about Banks'. We highly recommend them.

Banks’ Tree Service did an outstanding job with our landscaping and tree trimming. They are reliable, professional, and our yard looks fantastic. Reasonably priced and highly recommended. We will definitely use them again.

Very professional and safe. I had a huge tree in my front yard, easily 50 feet with branches, and they took in down without any issue. They made sure the branches did not fall on my neighbor's property, they roped the branches to drop them safely to the ground, their tree climber was meticulous with his safety as well as his team. They were punctual, communicative and stayed on point. I cannot say enough good things about Banks' Tree Service, you will not be disappointed.

We've employed Banks' Tree Services for two years in a row. Their team of 5-6 men removed several dead trees from our adjoining hillside last year (2022), leaving the area impacted graded and reseeded. They've maintained and refreshed our landscaped yard beautifully. Very pleasant folks to work with. Highly recommended.

Great service. I had two extremely large trees taken down. I would recommend this company if you need a tree taken down.

Very good experience. This is a professionally run company. They were prompt in every aspect of the service and reasonably priced. They made sure I was happy with the work done. I highly recommend.

Banks Tree Service once again did a beautiful job completing a project for us. Banks Tree Service is a pleasure to work with, answer questions, are very neat and the finished product looks great. It is so nice and refreshing to hire such a top notch company. We would highly recommend Banks Tree Service for your home projects.

Was contracted through banks tree service to do a job together. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional reputable tree service.

I would certainly use this tree service again. They were very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after my big tree was removed.

They were friendly, reasonably priced, and did excellent work. I can recommend this company absolutely. A great experience.

Banks removed 2 large oak trees from our back yard. They were very professional, answered all our questions, and worked well with us. The best part: They did it all while we were on vacation and sent us videos and pictures along the way. They also excavated for our pool area (coming soon)! Thanks, Banks!

I called Banks' Tree Services, LLC to remove a large pin oak tree from my yard. They came the next day to give me a quote. After my acceptance of the job they scheduled immediately. All of the people were very professional. They did exactly what they said. Kelly was very helpful.
