Thank god for this company! We have oil heat and our old above ground oil tank was malfunctioning…this the heater stopped working. Saturday morning the outdoor temp. Is 10 and everybody is closed…the company we have used for 20 years wasn’t responding …email, phone etc…. Thank god we found Lions heating and Air conditioning… they were out in 4 hours !!! Greg the service guy was great. Handsome too. !!!

Excellent customer service!
I have a home warranty on my furnace. We were not able to access this contract for five days ( NO heat)
I called Lions and they were here within hours. Cannot say enough about their professionalism or the quality of their work. Sometimes you get what you pay for! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Lions. My daughter's 20+ year old HVAC system was failing and within 24 hours, Lions was installing a new gas furnace and new electric central AC. We had three companies visit the house and provide quotes. With the house hovering around 50 degrees with outside temps in the 30's, replacement was urgent. We first had the company with whom we had a maintenance contract visit. They did not do a load assessment and provided an outrageous quote based on an oversized unit. Despite being anxious, we decided to get two more quotes. Fortunately, Lions and one other company were willing to come to the house the same day. The second company did a load calculation and provided a much more reasonable quote on a correctly sized system. Lions also did a load calculation validating the second company's assessment but provided a slightly better price and was able to install the next day whereas it was going to be a few days for the second company. The owner of Lions did the assessment along with an assistant and professionally answered all of our questions giving us a high degree of confidence. I have waited a few weeks to write this review to see if any issues would emerge. My daughter who lives in the house has reported that the system is working very well and she is extremely happy and grateful to Lions. They are now our go to HVAC company!

Lions did an outstanding job with my full HVAC system replacement, both indoor and outdoor. They answered all my questions up front, provided fantastic customer support and fair prices. The installation was high end, and I was very impressed throughout the entire process. Some contractors give you an attitude when you ask questions but Lions showed throughout the entire process that they are professional and caring which is really what separates them from other companies. It’s easy to complete an install or diagnose a problem with the system. Explaining it in detail to the customer is the part of the job that separates lions. I highly recommend them and will be using them for service in the future.

Catherine , Mike and Tristen worked hard to get me a quality carrier, AC and furnace. I got a lot of estimates and they worked the best with me as real professionals. Nothing was too much to ask for them and always got right back to me. Greg, Scott and Mo did a fantastic job installing the unit! I will definitely consider using them to replace my water heater also when I am ready.
