This is my second experience with this company and WOW, am I impressed! They are totally professional, punctual, extremely hardworking and very detail oriented. I have 5 dogs and 2 cats, so theirs was not an easy job. They are not cheap, but I believe their pricing is fair for the work done. Both my husband and I were thrilled with the results and will continue to use their services.
UPDATE*** We've continued with their bi-weekly services and have never been more pleased.
2nd UPDATE: We've been using The Cleaning Authority for over 2 years and have never once been disappointed. They are quick and VERY thorough.

We found that the professional cleaning services provided by Joanna and Jasmine (Jass) at our home on Wednesday, 7/24/24, were excellent and were also performed on a timely basis. We would prefer to have that team of Joanna and Jass provide cleaning services at our home going forward. Thank you.

The Cleaning Authority is really great when it comes to our household cleaning needs. Not only do they do a great job, but if we ever have specific requests or concerns, the owner always addresses them immediately and to our satisfaction. Each and every one of their cleaning teams are thorough and professional, especially Emily and Tiffany - both of whom are outstanding. Damien and Melissa were great. Super nice, adaptable and did a thorough job. They are very fast too, did a deep clean in our house in 2 hours! Their swiftness did not affect the quality of their work though, our house has never looked better. Thanks Damien and Melissa! And Brie too!

Ama, Erin, and Kristie took care of this week’s cleaning. They are professional, thorough, and friendly. They are very considerate when cleaning to not disturb folk who are working remotely. It’s great that they know my house and make it neat and tidy. Big time saver for us.

Joanna and Jasmine cleaned my apartment today. I met Jasmine for the first time today. Jasmine is super attentive, and does an amazing job with Joanna. The service they provide is exceptional. My house is spotless when they leave and smells refreshingly clean. I am very pleased and happy with their work. I recently had a new team and decided I want my girls back that I am used to. The first of two deep cleans of my home before my standard cleaning schedule commences exceeded my expectations. I liked that they sent a team of three so that they could help one another get behind and under furniture as well as dust and polish. My hardwood floors were mopped and swept and the carpets were thoroughly vacuumed. My house is clean top to bottom. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.

I’m very happy with the Cleaning Authority. I love the app - easy to pay/tip, reschedule if needed, and best of all - see what time the team will arrive and when they’re finished. Tiffany and Emily are always on time and friendly and do a wonderful job on the house. The rate is higher than what I previously paid but to me the efficiency, reliability and professionalism are worth it. Highly recommended!

Today was my first time to use a cleaning business to do my house. A team of three arrived exactly as scheduled. After an "orientation" tour, they got right to the cleaning. Just about two hours later, all was finished. House looks great. They did a really nice job. I look forward to having Emily, Tiffany and Schone all here next time. Thank you.

Britney and Ama with the Cleaning Authority do such an amazing job! They are true professionals we are happy to have take care of our home. If you need someone you can trust to come and clean your home, especially if you have animals or children, I highly recommend the Cleaning Authority.

We are incredibly disappointed with the job that was completed yesterday.

This visit was our initial "deep clean" that was to be a bit longer than the average clean. I asked 'the cleaning authority' to only clean my bathrooms, kitchen, and floors downstairs, not my entire home. You'll see in the photos that our home was barely cleaned, much less "deep cleaned." There was a snack wrapper on our living room floor that wasn't even picked up when they vacuumed. Also, a shoe wasn't even moved out of the way.

None of the items on our counters were moved to clean, and the dirt on the counter show that the counter was not cleaned. The sink had dishes in it that were not moved, which means our sink was not cleaned.

The toilets were not cleaned well, either. The clips in the back of the seat weren't even lifted to clean the bowl. Gross.

The floor of the playroom had some toys on it. Those exact toys were still there when they left, which shows that the floor was not cleaned, which was part of our agreement.

I discussed the floors being a huge priority of a clean home when I met with the owner during my estimate. I even explained in detail that my floors were very dirty, as we have 3 kids and 2 large dogs. I even recall our conversation including me telling him that when I wipe up a spot on the hardwood, I hope that it's not still dirty. He said, "we will clean it as many times as we need to until it's clean." I wiped my kitchen floor after the girls left, before anyone was even able to walk in the kitchen, and you can see on the paper towel what the result was.

My husband spoke with the owner to express our disappointment, at which point, the owner told my husband "your wife was watching the girls the whole time and your kids were in the way." Neither of those things are remotely true. I was downstairs the entire time that the girls were upstairs, and my kids weren't even home until the last 30 minutes of the job.

The owner is clearly great at sales. But it seems that the actual work completed is nothing like what was promised.
